ZERO Stars I am incredibly disappointed to say the least. We asked you to come pump our septic. Look at it. When I called you NEVER mentioned it would be 125.00 dollars. We have used you guys for the last 5!years. I will NEVER use your service again. A complete rip-off charging 125 to just come out. This was NEVER mentioned in the phone call whatsoever. December 23rd, a Friday right before the holiday weekend. Central Indiana and a good portion of the rest of the country was struggling through snowpocolypse, cyclone bomb and arctic Armageddon. Horribly cold temps (negative numbers in double digits with wind chills in the -20-30 range) were forecast for a couple of days. The main pipe from our house to the septic system clogged in the middle of the night, sending drain water into our laundry room. Family was coming in for Christmas and we were desperate. Danny's had worked on our system a couple of times before so I called at 8:00 am. He could come but not until the afternoon. I had a ton of things to do and REALLY needed to be able to use my water (and the bathroom!) I called a nationally recognized company who sings about sending troubles down the drain. They said they could be at our home in 2 hours. I told them to come but kept my appointment with Danny's. The other company called back toward the end of the two hour time frame and said they were running behind. Three hours later, they called again and said they were on their way and would arrive in 45 minutes. Forty minutes later, I received yet another phone call.....they couldn't come. It was "too dangerous." Conditions were bad but had improved significantly since I first scheduled them earlier in the day. They strung us along the entire day, then cancelled at the last minute, promising to have some one out the following day. Ahhhh, no. Danny's showed up about 30 minutes later. Temps were still below zero and wind chills were in the -20 range. He had to leave two different times to get additional equipment but was having trouble getting the clog resolved. He would have to return the following morning with other people and different equipment...and I could tell he felt bad about it. He checked the system one last time and...amazingly enough...the clog had cleared. Our pipe was draining perfectly and Christmas was literally saved. I can't give a higher review than this one. Danny's spent a minimum of an hour in brutally cold temps working to get our system fixed and draining. He had frost on his eyelashes and what looked like a frost-bitten nose. He has gained some die-hard fans who will never let anyone else touch our septic system. He went way above and way beyond what was expected. He literally saved our Christmas and we are eternally grateful. Absolutely recommend. Thank you! read more

These guys were very professional and fixed the problem from Max Haas. They not only cleaned out the sewer but flushed toilets and tub drain to confirm that the problem was resolved. They assessed the situation well and did exactly what was expected. They were priced right. read more

I have a letter from this company, Danny's Septic, stating that they could not pump the septic system at our new home because the ground was frozen. When the ground thawed I called them to come out to service the system since it was new to us. They came out to my home, first thing he said was "if I knew how far away this was, I would not have come!" What?!?! I have a letter from you stating that you could not service my home because of the ground being frozen, so either you LIED about being at my home or you just made the assumption without ever seeing my septic system. You then did NO WORK, told me to cut down my tree and that you would have to come back to pump my tank. I then received a bill in the mail from you for $125! You never did anything but show up to my home and tell me what to do! I called your office and you played dumb about the letter and offered to give me a discount! I heard nothing from you for months and then yesterday I got a letter from a collection agency to pay you the $85 I owe you. I have no problem paying for a job that has been completed, but you did nothing...so, I am pretty much paying for your gas that you used in your big truck (not the one for pumping tanks) that you drove to my home. Shame on you, your company, your poor business practices and for the way you treat people! I will NEVER work with you again, and I will make sure that others are well aware of how you and your "company" do "business". read more
