They gave me a timeline of about two weeks to get the work done and worked with Enterprise and my insurance efficiently to get me a rental, making the whole process easy for me. They explained everything about the job up front and when it was expected to be done. Though it wound up taking a few days longer to get my car done, that wasn't an issue for me. I only wish they had called me initially to tell me when my car was ready; I called in myself to inquire the day it was scheduled to be done and they estimated another day or two, but I didn't hear back until it was actually completed. Still, the quality of the work was most satisfactory and the cost with my insurance was as expected, so there were no hidden fees or surprises.
