My van broke down on a Sunday so without even getting an OK from them, I had my van towed to Steyers and left my keys in the dropbox. They called me the next day on Monday to let me know they were backed up with work and would I mind the wait. I said no and in a week they had an estimate and said they could search out the needed parts for my old lady. Several weeks later I had her back running like new again! Well, they sold me a battery then said they weren't comfortable swapping them out. They recommended a nearby shop but, once I drove there, that shop refused to install someone else's battery and wanted to charge me over $700 which seemed really fishy. So I was stuck with a $200 battery and a truck I couldn't turn off. Gave someone else a call and they recommended E. Mower & Son. These mechanics couldn't have been nicer.
