I would also point out if you look at Holistic Home's other reviews, you'll see that customer service appears to be a recurring problem. She likes to be nasty to people on Yelp--it's a habit for her. To say it was not satisfactory is an understatement. She was supposed to arrive at 9am, and texted me shortly before saying she had a flat tire, but would be able to get here by 11am. I'm not sure how she knew exactly how long it would take to get her tire repaired, but she did arrive right around 11am. She was here for barely an hour and a half to clean a 3 story townhome with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The bathrooms looked like she poured cleaning solution in the toilets and that was all. The mirrors and floors were not cleaned, and honestly not sure about the vanities. The powder room was skipped over completely. Furniture was not dusted and area rugs were not vacuumed. In fact, she didn't even take out the vacuum cleaner at all. Windows and appliances were not cleaned. Honestly it looked as if no one had been here after she left. I paid her anyway and later texted her to thank her for coming, but let her know that I would not be having her come back. She didn't even respond. My husband was very annoyed and texted her to request a refund for the services she did not do. She quickly responded to him with an attitude. Never again! Terrible work and even worse customer service!
