Fortunately, the company I hired had no problem doing my job on a Friday when I contacted them the previous Monday. That owner actually called me the same day as when I contacted her and Holistic Home here on Yelp. It worked out, because they did a fabulous job and I would definitely use them again (see my stellar 5-star review, above). I would also point out if you look at Holistic Home's other reviews, you'll see that customer service appears to be a recurring problem. She likes to be nasty to people on Yelp--it's a habit for her.
