Great guys! They care about their business! Want use anyone else, timely service and know what they are doing

Disrespectful and rude owners. Made an appointment during my lunch and they agreed to meet at that time. As I get home they inform me that would be extremely late so I had to call another company to take care of the work during my lunch (my only availability). After I told them I no longer needed the services and I had found another company to do the work the owner threw a tantrum and got disrespectful over texts and calls. read more

I was very disadisappointed with another garage door company in Lubbock and found Dan's. I called and a very nice lady answered and made an appointment for me. Today John and another gentleman came and looked at our door. He watched the door go up and down and immediately told me a support bar on the top would make the door open and close much better and not make the noise it does. They made this adjustment and lubricated the rollers, and the door worked perfectly. I paid their standard service fee and was glad to do it. My garage door suddenly went wacko when I was opening it, and by the way it looked, I figured it was a goner(all crooked and whopper jawed) . I called them this morning thinking I needed a new garage door. Danny, Jr and John came out this afternoon, reinforced the cracked part and replaced some other parts that had broken, and suggested I didn't need to buy a new door, even though they sell them. These guys were amazing. Paid them $145 for parts and labor and don't need to buy a new door. Fantastic all the way around. read more

There are not enough stars for my review. Dan's Garage Door is professional, efficient, knowledgable, and friendly, and prices are very reasonable. We had our double garage door replaced two years ago, and ended up getting the operator replaced a couple months after that. Fast forward to today when we called because the sensors were off and the door wasn't staying closed. They performed a full service (checking, oiling, etc.) and the door is back up and running (and staying closed!). Dan and his staff go the extra mile from the service to the communications. They are a model for how all home service professionals should be. read more

In search of a new garage door repair company I came across Dan's. It was refreshing to have a company who was responsive to our needs. They were prompt to get to our needs and provided great service. We had a issue after a new opener was installed and they promptly addressed the need and resolved it. The spring on the garage door broke. I called them just before noon and they were here by 2:00. By 2:30 they had the new one installed and checked the opener and the door. Great service and amazing job! It was also much less than I expected to pay. read more

The tech showed up an quoted me a price that I accepted. After completing the job He told me that the price did not include labor costs of another $275. Then He told me that He would not take a personal check, so I had to use a credit card. Then I noticed on the invoice that there was a 3% charge for using a credit card as well. When I called the office after the fact there was no one in a supervisory position that would talk to me about these issues. I was told that they might get back to me in 48 hours. read more

Called in the morning if they could fix garage door that morning was told that it may be late afternoon or early next day which was not a problem 2 hours later get a call they are on the way would recommend they have fast service and average price for a small repair and great workers read more

Our garage door wasn't closing properly. They were super responsive and friendly and even able to come out on the same day, fix the problem, and followed up on a later day out of goodwill and provided straps to properly secure the insulation panels, and made sure everything was properly tightened and lubricators. read more

Arrived home after running some errands I shut the garage door and went inside. Once inside I heard a large crash and saw that one of the springs broke on my insulated garage door. Call Dan's Garage Door Repair and made an appointment. The woman I spoke to said they wouldn't be able to get out that day. I told her that it was not an emergency. The guys showed up next morning and they noticed that it was more than just a spring, not what I wanted to hear. I was given several options on how to move forward and I chose to get a new opener, remotes, wall remote and obviously new springs. All was done quickly, and my husband and I are very happy. read more

Snapped both the torsion springs on my garage door, unable to get my cars out! It was a Saturday but Dan's came right over. They were professional, polite, fast, and unbelievably inexpensive! They did a great job so I sent them to my sons house because he had a few issues with his garage door. Again, they did a perfect job! Can't recommend these guys enough! read more
