I asked for a refund of the $800, but Nick was in no agreement to provide me a refund. It took them 11 weeks to install the door, and did not change the rail where the door slides up/down, as promised, Nick insisted it didn't to be changed. The only good point in this experience was Alex the installer very dedicated and professional, without him this business wouldn't be worth contracting.
