Huge shout out to Allen!!! I traveled an hour and half to get to this Menards since the online…read morestore showed 5 of the circuit breakers I was looking for in stock. When I got to the store nothing on the shelf. Erin was working with the light department and explained to me that sometimes when the truck gets unloaded that updates the website but they do not typically put it on the shelf until the next day. I guess my facial expression must have been pretty obvious I didn't care for that answer. So she suggested calling the store manager on duty. On comes Allen. He heard the situation and realized me coming back in the morning wasn't a good fit. So he said it was going to take him a bit but he was going to go see what he could do if I didn't mind waiting. About 20 mins later here he came with the exact breaker I needed and apologized for the inconvenience. I thanked him for his customer service and saving me another trip. Great store and better employees!!!
