Got there late, called the number, and they ignored me. Called back and still couldn't get in to MY storage unit, even when willing to pay after hours charge (that's in their instructions)!! Owner's response: 1. We didn't hear about it until the next day. (So, they couldn't then call me?) 2. We can't hit it out of the park every time. (WTF??) 3. It's a call center. They can't get it right. (You're paying the f'ing bill) 4. What do you want me to do? If I knew you couldn't get it, I'd have come over from my house next door. (I TRIED to call you, but YOUR service blew me off). 5. We are better than any other storage facility in Haywood County. (Well, guess what? I'm going to find that out!) This guy should have retired and left his money in the bank.
