They take a genuine interest in their customers, and it shows in everything they do. Today, I stopped by to have a flat looked at. As quickly as the tire had deflated, I figured I'd probably need a brand new tire. This was on a new vehicle with about 11,000 miles on it. They ended up plugging/patching the hole, balanced it, aired up the other tires, reset the computer and returned the spare to its place up under the chassis. They charged me nothing!! These tires came on the vehicle. They weren't even purchased from Discount Tire. I can't recommend them enough. A special thanks to Tanner, and the mechanic who did the chore.

To confirm my appointment, I forgot to get details on brake shoe pad replacement and the safety rules.. I realized the holiday left my budget in a wreck and I was forced to reschedule. I didn't catch the lady's name, yet she was very awesome to talk to, and I mentioned about the Yelp Review so here I am.. I have to save up to get a NEW set of tires, and get an alignment job as budget permits. The Rotors were replaced by the previous owner, and in good shape. Yet as a big guy, the driver side pads were wearing down to the squealers.. I had another local shop swap out the pads I bought, checked the rotors and they were in good shape. One thing to note, CALL the shop for what is required for safety, and have enough funds to cover the cost! Better call this shop and or have a price plan. Most shops want to make sure your vehicle is safe to drive. Please don't cut corners! Make sure you have a budget plan, and funding to cover any needs the technicians may find... Better safe than sorry. I give this shop 5 stars for professional phone skills, and the shop has a nice waiting room.. IMHO.. They are easy to find and nearby some good food places.. KUDOS! I picked it up on wednesday and the car had more noise than when i first left it for repairs. Also my speedometer didnt work my cruise didnt work either anymore, my steering was hard and it sounded like my wheel was fixing to fall off. The pops and noises I took it in for were still there and worse. They told me to take it back in so they could see what happened. They called me and told me that they found a broken wire that was broken while putting the shalf in. But they didnt check the noise on my car cause he said they didnt have time. I told them i was going out of town and i was afraid of the noise that felt like tire was fixing to fall off. Waltrr said that they couldnt check it and i didnt have any option then go out of town in it with fear the wheel would come off. I called them back after i got back from dallas the next week on Thursday and walter said he they didn't have time to fix my car. He said i could take it the next week to get it looked at if i wanted it looked at so i had no choice but make an appointment. Scott was gonna try to fix it then. I had told them i had a doctor appointment the next day and was afraid to drive it but walter didnt care one way or another. I took it to Brownwood Glass and Alignment and they made time to fix it for me and tighten the loose screws the were loose on cv halfshaft. They did not charge me one cent. I know who has my business from now on. I will not be recommending Tran Texas Tires to anyone I know or meet. Look somewhere else ir take a chance on your life. Maybe they will fix your car right.

Was told the size of tire my vehicle uses sells out quickly. I thought since they sold out quickly they would get my size tires in more frequent however for this location the next best thing was to get new tires. I was quoted a set of Armstrong tires for around $700 + complete installation because they had them in but if I came back and they had to order that same set would be around $800 + (complete instillation included). I really needed to think that over since I was just wanting to buy a set of used tires.

I knew my doughnut would hopefully make it to Brownwood, but Walmart there didn't have my tire. My husband Alex started calling around Brownwood and got ahold of David with David's Tires. He was also closed but out of the goodness of his heart went up to his shop to see if he had the tires I needed. Unfortunately he didn't but referred us to Bill Ellis in Comanche (also closed on Sundays) to see if he had the correct tires. He did and said he'd send someone up to change it out.
