Mr. Ayala designed and created the steel stair railings and banisters for our older home. The material was then powder coated black. Frankie also powder coated the old brackets, thus saving us having to purchase new ones. The older material was some fairly crummy looking wood with gaps that were too wide for current code, so we are super happy with the finished work. Frankie made several visits, measured all work multiple times, and kept in touch with us all through the project. He also worked very safely during the pandemic restrictions. We dreamt the vehicle we are building together and I was helped along the way making my novice ideas into sensational one of a kind ones then materialized them. With their 3D capabilities, they also showed me parts and pieces on their computer first before we did anything that was semi permanent. Even when some of my ideas didn't work great, Harrison and Kyle were quick to figure out solutions on the fly and make things look like they were right the first time. With the current project at a stand still, they also helped me refigure one of my more recent builds by adding air suspension with a management system, as well as completed odds and ends the last guys didn't do. In the automotive world, most don't like working on someone else's projects but being as how I explained I knew they were working on someone else's work, we agreed to tear out all the bad and then they could put their name on the project which worked out great. As it sits now; I'm a life long friend of theirs weather I build another car or not. I've called in orders as well as sent emails, and I've never experienced any issues with them at all. Their staff are pleasant and extremely prompt! I placed an order for new door plates on Thursday and they were ready yesterday (Tuesday). There was once an occasion where one of our staff members had a title misspelled and they worked with us on getting a new plate without charging full price on the second order, even though it had been our mistake. The office is right off of Greg St. and they have a nice showroom for you to look through some of the items they can make for you.
