Great shop. I purchased a high clearance back bumper and a hybrid front bumper from them for my ZR2. Drove to sparks to have it installed. It's been on for 3 years and it all looks incredible, it's sturdy and still looks like it did the day it was installed. Great folks too. Even after the purchase and install, they've been really helpful with fielding general questions about the truck, offering advice when needed. I just wish I got the tire swing out also! We bought a new bumper, winch and lights for our 2019 Chevy Colorado ZR2. The bumper looks great. But we had to modify the winch to fit the bumper and it was a winch bumper. We were told the bumper was made for the winch. Our installer had to take more time to make it adaptable and useable. Which cost more money. Someone needs to relook at the bumper and make it more user friendly. When you build something to sell to a customer, build it, try it, make sure ever thing works and works well for what is made for. When you are winching you are not wanting to crawl under your rig to work the winch. read more

The team at Relentless is absolutely amazing and a dream to work with. I talked to them about their 5th gen 4runner preditor bumper and noticed they didnt have any options to accomodate the NEW Toyots Safety Sense radar module in the grill of my 2020 4runner. I asked if we could make this happen! Eric said lets get your bumper ordered and we will figure something out. Luckily they had a recent batch of 5th gen bumpers ready and all they had to do was weld the hoops on and send it to powdercoat. After about 3 weeks i got the call that the bumper is ready. Eric took some measurements of the TSS radar module and was able to adapt their current grill piece with minor changes to make this dream come true! These guys strive for perfection and dont let anything leave their shop with out it looking perfect and their weld quility is top notch!. I couldnt be happier with this bumper and ecstatic that they were able to accommodate the new features on the 2020+ 4runners. I recieved the last pices of the grill piece and their packaging is next to none! i have never seen a package wrapped so safely and the packaging material is superb! Actually you are the one that didn't call me back from September through December, which equates to four times and I had to stop by your shop and you miss placed my phone number. At the end of December we made an appointment for January and I mentioned to you that my jeep didn't have a top and I'd be by weather pending. Best 1st gen Tacoma bumper on the market. It's amazing fit perfect. This really is an amazing design. powder coat was real nice compared to others I have had. Communication was amazing always got a response back within a day or so. Even when I asked stupid questions. Long build time but I knew that going in. I believe they are working on that as well so it will make the experience even better!! read more

About the only thing the did right was i eventually ended up with my diy front bumper kit waiting two months. Assembly instructions were poor. The mounting for the bumper is a joke. Ive bent it up a lot with little load. I wouldnt recommend this for someone even just for a show rig. Also called the avout bendind my bumper. I purchased an aluminum tailgate reinforcement several months ago for my 2012 Tacoma - I should have done this a long time ago. It's not an accessory - this is a must for anyone with a Tacoma. The stock tailgates are light weight. With the addition of this reinforcement it's rock solid. Installation was a breeze. Everything lined up and I had it on my truck within 15 minutes of opening the box. I should mention that it shipped quickly. Got a DIY front bumper kit for my 4Runner, and picked it up instead of having it shipped. There was a lot going on when I picked up the bumper but the owner took time out just to shoot the $h!t about our rigs. The bumper turned out great. What really impressed me though, was the customer service I needed as the bumper was being built. Emails were responded to right away - even just general questions. Solid product but not so happy. I purchased some roof light mounts from their website. After a few days go by I ask if they were going to email me a tracking #, thinking maybe they already sent out the mounts without notification. He said ya they would let me know when they send them out. So about a week has gone by and I ask if they are planning on sending them any time soon? He said I had another week cause they are sending them out to be powder coated. So I wasn't planning on waiting another week, so I asked to have them send them non painted, they refund me the difference the next day and about 2 days later they finally mail them to me (need to work on Communication). So here is where things become an issue. Offroad LED light roof mounts for the Tacoma are meant to be mounted from under the rubber strip.. Never have I or anyone else who has these type of lights have heard of mounting them on top of the rubber strip. So at the time I didn't know this, there was no documents stating this so I took the rubber strip off to mount it and it would not fit at all It scratched the hell outa my truck (edges are sharp). Now that it is properly mounted it is functional but not great. read more

If I could give a no star rating I would. I was looking for sliders I could use as steps for my truck. My wife and I aren't tall and my truck has a lift. After much praise from a friend I decided to go with relentless. When I first went in the site it read "just released" but yet takes 3-5 MONTHS to complete and ship. I figured no big deal. But after a couple of months I notice other people posting pics of the parts online. After a talk with my buddy on how this shop builds orders, it came clear to me it was gonna take longer cause I was not a "priority". So after 3months of waiting and seeing online all the new products they are coming up with and how many they made and have in stock and how people are getting orders for other parts in 3weeks and I'm still waiting for 3 MONTHS! So i confront the owner in person and he explains to me how all the fast small stuff is done on a special machine and it's knocks them out real fast and that's what his other guys do in the shop and he takes his time to make my type of order by hand.... Like I'm an idiot. So he tells me there's only two more orders ahead of mine and it'll be real soon that they didn't forget about me. Ok fine, so I leave thinking it should be any time now. Then, 4 days later I get an email from his wife telling me they are canceling my order cause "it's best for everyone" and basically I'm too impatient for what they feel must be the best aftermarket gear in the world. What that really means is I found out I wasn't a priority and confronted them and they got caught and didn't want me to be a fly in the ointment. In any other shop (I've check a lot), the orders would taken and completed in order they are received, not which one is a higher priced priority or what's easiest to make and sell. The kicker is that after waiting around the 2+month mark I get an email from them asking me to give them a good review on yelp! I thought "this must be a joke right? How can I review a product I still don't have?" Well it wasn't. So here's my review. I went to the overland expo and confronted them. They gave me the song and dance. While I was there I checked with a few other companies who all said they make all the same stuff in 1/3 the time and had no idea why It should take anyone that long. Now, there's gonna be a lot of flaming for this review as I know there are a lot of fans of relentless. You like it? Good for you. This is my review of the service, or lack there of. You interested in a part? You may wanna look elsewhere unless you wanna wait and get your parts when ever they feel like getting to it. I've been in the automotive field for a while, both as a profession stand point and a hobby/consumer stand point. This is a poor business practice by any view. To be fair, I had this coming because there's expensive and then there is cheap. I chose cheap and cheap is what I got. Cheap customer service and no product. Potential buyer beware. Order at your own risk and be ready to wait. I hope this business get there act together for everyone's sake. They look like they got cool stuff, but getting it from the government would be faster. read more

I have delt with relentless for a few years with 3 different bumpers on 2 different cars, and getting bumpers for my 3rd truck is on my list. i have seem many of the competition and relentless is lighter and stronger than most everything out there and has the best clean heavy duty look. they are always prompt in getting back to me and easy to talk to and in person they are good guys that if i lived closer, i feel i would know them alot better. i recommend them to all my friends nd i have 5 friends with their bumper sets and they as well love them as much as i do thank you relentless you will always have my buisness read more

Product looks good and they respond to questions and concerns with in reasonable time But 7 almost 8 months later I still haven't received my bumper. Web site says 4-6 months. And they are a bit pricey we I'll see if it's worth the wait or the money. read more
