The wasps initially fell to the ground but apparent shook it off and went back to their nest. So I went back to return a product that was ineffective, now mind you this can of spray costs $4.56. so I was not returning it for the money and actually I was going to buy a more expensive brand in hopes it would be more effective. To my surprise the cashier took the bottle and disappeared. She did not tell me where she was going. She returns to tell me that because the product was used they could not return it. So I asked to speak to the manager that made this I'll advised decision to stand his ground for $4.56 bottle of wasp spray and because he did so he now lost out on several hundreds of dollars of future purchases I will have to make for the house. I believe there is training needed to understand how to make a profit. I don't know too many business that can afford to lose customers! Do better!

If it were my store I would have them ask the customers if there was anything that they could help them find?! It really is not that difficult of a question to ask, but no, the staff just sits there and looks at you when you walk in the door. I had paint made for me about a month ago and you would have though the staff member was cleaning a dirty toilet with a tooth brush the way they acted. They really are not friendly either. Most people need help when going to a hardware store. This store is an absolute joke and it starts with the manger that is there everyday that thinks he is Bob Villa. The store manager reminds me of a slack jawed yokel that does nothing. Save your time and support a good store. Go to Ace hardware.

We told him we didn't need one so we didn't have to inconvenience this young guy who can't respond properly to customers. Very dissapointed in the help tonight. You're doing the company no favors by having him face to face with customers. Sorry but not sorry
