I guess I don't look like typical customer, because I was completely ignored. Two other customers came in and where greeted as they entered. I had to hunt down an employee who still wouldn't make eye contact with me while I asked him about different protein products. He repeatedly told me that other stores would have better selection. While I was searching the shelves alone, I clearly overheard another employee repeatedly using the word "vagina" as a derogatory word in conversation, about a male who was not part of the conversation. I left feeling disgusted and ashamed, when I went in looking for help. I had no problem getting service here two years ago, before I was pregnant and gained a bunch of weight. You'd think with as many weight loss pills and potions as they hock , they'd have seen a fat person before. I definitely wont be back to this location.

We have used CVS in Bedford and Walgreens in Colleyville, and Walgreens is definitely the lesser of the two evils (shout out to my man, Alex.... We will miss you!!). We changed insurance policies in 2024, and were panicked to see that Walgreens was no longer in network for prescription meds. It is a literal one minute drive from my house, And I am more than delighted to say that our experience with them has been nothing short of delightful. Does it feel wrong to say that going to the pharmacy is a delightful experience? Yeah, it really does. But deliverit really delivers.You can text the pharmacy staff through an app, the pharmacist literally has a mug that says "like a boss" and he was so nice! The pharmacy techs are also extremely kind and helpful individuals! Transferring my prescriptions from Walgreens to deliverIt was a super easy experience that I was dreading for days leading up to 2024. When you call them, there's no hold music or automated messages. An actual human being answers the phone and answers your questions!
