They also offer candles, incense and anything you need to clear out any smell from smoking the flower. Lastly, they have animal cbd oil and gummies for your dogs and cats. In all seriousness, I met Eric when he was managing a local watering hole, mentioned that I needed to quit smoking (like so many smokers do) and he told me to come see him at his shop. I had given vaping a few trys and it never really stuck but once Eric introduced me to Kryptonite I haven't looked back since. The shop is awesome, it's not like most vape shops where there are 8 guys sitting around blowing clouds thicker than the smoke at a Post Malone concert which makes it inviting to anyone who comes in and both Eric and Josh are helpful and attentive. HOWEVER in the last 2 months somebody recently hired (very feminine looking male with a ponytail, looks like a Discord mod whose name is probably Gary or Billy) has made coming here a customer service nightmare. I've never had as many issues with a customer service employee ANYWHERE IN MY LIFE than with this dude. He has in no particular order: -Made up prices on the spot without scanning the product, then nearly doubled the price after it was scanned and he increased it (???) -Been nothing but rude to me (actually cursed at me while I was trying to be polite, refused service to me while I was trying to pay) -Denying the credibility of my past veteran status for a simple 10% discount (prior Air Force for 14 years and still carry an active VA card/expired CAC) I sincerely dislike having to write this as I said. I've been a frequent recurring customer and have had no issues with anyone else here (have even met/spoke with the owner a few times while he was working/stocking who genuinely seems like a cool dude). With that said I have now taken my THC addiction down the street and I 100% RECOMMEND going 1-2 blocks down the street (maybe a 3 minute walk) to SMOKE & VAPE DZ- BLOOM. Not only are their prices on the same exact products cheaper, but they have an INSANELY higher selection of items to choose from and their employee didn't insult or call me names.
