When Debbie finally called us back all she said was "No, all sales are final"! She had no compassion for the fact that my dad had just died, and didn't even say she was sorry for his passing or anything when we explained the situation. It was all about the sale for them and nothing about customer service at all. This is just a business for these people so if you order something and you have a problem with it, don't count on sending it back because "all sales are final". I guess you have to look at the fine print at the very bottom of the page. These people are sneaky and uncaring and just after your money. They also charged us for a sheet set we did not order nor receive.

This is the most expensive compounding pharmacy in northwest DFW with the lowest ratings from individual consumers. Go where you are treated honorably and the products are consistent.
