I witnessed first hand…read morewhat kind of a butcher well business these people are operating, i called for an estimate for a stary to finish new well installation,owner came out and gave me an estimate for $15k. Which was 5k.over the first two estimates,I asked why? He claimed he uses American parts, I gave him the job and he came out the next day wanting payment first, I regretfully paid first,that's when the nightmare started, he destroyed two trees and landscaping getting the rig on my property also sinking his truck two foot deep ruts throughout my lawn, started to drill ,and all the gray cement like muck that came out of the ground,the dumped it all over my evergreens and shrubs so that they didn't have to remove it,just hide it, then even tho they struck water at 135ft. He lied to me and said it took 180ft.so that he can charge me more money, then they dug the property to run the waterline and destroyed two ceramic drain tiles without telling me, they just threw dirt over the d broken tiles to cover it up,then they took a sledge hammer to my cinder block wall to my basement and made a one ft. Wide hole for a 1 in.waterline and just left the busted up cinder block,so that when it rained that night my whole basement got a foot of water from it., they also destroyed my electrical box and took the power source from my clothes dryer to wire the well pump,so that I'm now without power for my dryer,and left a ton of cut wires all over and my electrical box uncovered and hanging circuits live. I also must tell you,all that B's about American made parts.. a big lie! The well pump went out two weeks after the installed it,and every part they installed stamped "CHINA" and he blocked my number to avoid talking to me! Because he knows what he is! A thief! And a butcher! You have been warned. It cost me a total of 25k.to clean up and right all of his wrongs and this is why I'm telling everyone to avoid this butcher!! You have been warned.

A Guy named Jake came out and he did OK but when I finally got the proposal he made an error on it. So I had to explain to to him what my Heat pump system was again which was not a variable speed as he figured but it is a 2 speed Trane 18. And I said I wanted to know what the furnace would cost (and the model number) and what the gas line would cost and what the air cleaner would cost separately broken down. He said his boss wouldn't do that. Well I never heard of such a thing. I've never dealt with people who won't tell you individual costs. That's wrong. You don't just bunch it up all together and say this is your deal. Every other HVAC company I have dealt with for this expensive 5 figure job has broken it all down and explained what the gas line would cost ...what the furnace would cost....and what the air cleaner would cost and a gas exhaust and intake and what my Mothers furnace would cost. So I found another company who has been very nice and professional and were more than willing to break all costs down like professionals and they are getting the job. I didn't even have to request them to do this. They just do it. So I do NOT recommend Kelso.
