Brought my 6-yr old german shepherd in for an annual exam and a Bordetella vaccination. Brian Zulauf began by feeling around her body. He attempted to manipulate her leg and she went crazy. Clearly alot of pain. That is where the exam ended. He charged me for a "comprehensive physical". When I questioned the charge with the assistant, he had the audacity to say that he performed the exam. Wait..then he comes back into the room, takes out his stethoscope to listen to her heart to act like he was doing something. I am sitting right there watching everything!! This is me: So, you are telling me that you performed a comprehensive exam a minute ago and I missed it?" Zulauf: Yes. I could not hide my complete disgust. $69 for him to look me in my face and lie. Did I mention that he tried to give the Bordetella by mouth and half of it sprayed on me? His response..."its ok, she got enough." $40 for that. Man.. I have never been so angry and disgusted and hurt. I don't care if they are offering free services, I WILL NEVER RETURN. I am a professional and expect the same from the businesses I choose. I say... do what you want, but please know that this review is 110% accurate.

They come home happy and well cared…read more I don't have to worry about them coming home with fleas or ticks or injuries and the staff is phenomenal with them because they can be a little rambunctious. the kennels are so clean that I would consider staying there if I needed a place to stay! Dr March and her staff are rare -- they are dedicated to improving the lives of animals large and small. These are very well trained, highly intelligent, yet basic and practical people. These are the people you want to know and have on your team. I don't want to discuss prices, because I feel like they might have given me a break, but it seems like they are very reasonably priced for everyone I met in the waiting room. Aside from the reasonable cost, it's that they do absolutely everything possible (or reasonable) to help you and your beloved pet. Dr March is a straight to the point type of person. She is busy working hard saving animals! Bottom Line: Dr March gets stuff done, does it right, and she does not cost a million dollars. I'm actually saying that she is the best vet I have EVER had, and I usually over pay her because her costs are too low and I want her to stay in business.

My stylist moved her salon to another city so I had to try something new and heard good things…read moreabout Studio 31 so I decided to give it a try. The stylist recommended was JB. She was not familiar with my hair and applied color that unfortunately turned my roots very brassy. I went back a week later thinking we could apply a toner and it would tone down the red. Instead of applying toner she applied a very dark color to just the roots and the end result was worse. Honestly I am not as upset about the bad result as I am the way I was treated by the stylist. After she applied the color she instructed her assistant to wash, condition and get me out of the salon, then paused to say "make sure she isn't dripping when she leaves." I was stunned when the assistant towel dried my long, thick, curly hair and was about to send me out without brushing my wet hair as directed by the stylist. The assistant was able to pick up on my dissatisfaction and asked me if I would like for her to brush my hair before leaving the salon. The stylist never came back and checked the color or even asked if I was satisfied with the results! I spent about $250 and my hair looks worse than it did before I walked in the first day! I would not recommend this stylist, I think she needs to do better in the way she is treating her clients!
