I'm happy I gave minutemen press a call because not only was the person on the phone very friendly & helpful, but she said that can be done and for a fair price. After going in. I met Nicole (the person I spoke with on the phone) in person and she continued to be extremely helpful - and nice! The job took a couple days and I am more than happy with the final outcome. I have other printing jobs I'll need for the wedding and I'm definitely using minutemen for all of those! They're capable of small or large projects. Although the manager (Kristin) was out of office, she still replied and had the staff expedite the order for a Christmas gift and pickup later that day. Upon arrival (pickup by another person), the color had incorrectly printed. The designer (Josh) emailed me to explain and see what we could do to resolve the issue. I personally stopped by near closing time. The designer took the extra time to work with me to get the correct color printed and explained again what we could do going forward. The staff is always so nice here, and I greatly appreciated the extra time to ensure everything printed up perfectly. They stayed late tonight on a Friday of the holiday weekend to make sure I was happy and had my gift in time! I will continue to go here for orders big and small. Thank you so much!
