DanzingStx, Sorry to hear that you are confused and upset over my review and customer rating. As you have requested, I will explain a bit further: 1. Julio you are correct, the crowd is having fun! As stated earlier, the DJ was boring - not our guests. Anyone throws a bunch of balloons while playing fast pace music to a group of teenagers - of course the teenage crowd will go crazy with fun. The boring aspect mentioned was referred to your DJ's MC skills/abilities- Overall his MC performance for the night. The DJ was able to play music, but we were really hoping to have a DJ with more enhanced MC skills. My family was really hoping to have an animated, enthusiastic, and friendly MC for my niece's Once in a Lifetime big event. Not only did the DJ not meet our standards, but appeared bothered each time we approached him with a specific need. Do you have any video footage demonstrating the DJ's MC skills that night? Do you have any video footage on each time the DJ rolled his eyes at us? Do you have any video footage on each time the DJ made us feel uncomfortable? Furthermore, I have never met a DJ that does not know the meaning of encore. Please note, throughout the entire night we purposely were discrete about being unhappy with the DJ with the Birthday Girl, as we did not want to make her or her guests uncomfortable. So, throughout the event we went with the flow knowing that at that point sadly, we had no other option... The DJ played his music and we couldn't rely on his MC abilities. For the sake of the Birthday Girl and her guests, we worked around it. And, yes - the guests were happy celebrating with each other. For this, I have thanked God. 2. My sister did regretfully consent for video recording, but we never imagined you would use the video footage to unprofessionally and inappropriately as you put it, "badge" your customers. My sister consented to video recording only because you promised her to make a memory video as part of the deal - in which now you have unprofessionally stated you have refused to complete the video due to my review. Please note my rate review is based solely on customer service and poor MC performance from your DJ on our event. As you stated, your DJs have their own style and personality - Unfortunately, the DJ assigned to our event did not match what we needed. 3. Regarding breaking down for the night, Julio you are correct - the DJ played the last song close to midnight, but only after we asked him to. After we saw him trying to break-down a little before 11:30pm, we reminded the DJ we had contracted him until 12pm. After confirming with the venue, they never asked the DJ to tear down at 11:30pm as stated in your Instagram Video. I refuse to bring the venue into this, as this is between you and your client's satisfaction rating. 4. Regarding the playlist, there seems to be a misunderstanding. We are equally confused as you are. We were under the impression that at least some of the actual songs in the playlist were going to be played- and a variety of the specific music genres requested. We have contracted other DJ's in the past and they have always played the playlist provided. We provided your company a playlist that contained specific music genres - most of the genres were not played throughout the night. Your DJ primarily played only one genre requested throughout the night. Simply reinstating, it would have been nice if the DJ had played a variety of the music genres requested by the birthday girl. 5. Being in the Customer Service field myself, it really saddens me to see how you have invited such a back and forth disagreement with your clients. I am entitled to my customer service opinion of your DJ's performance that night. I do want to point out that your Yelp reviews appear to have good ratings based on your "Julio" service, not on the DJ we were assigned to for my niece's big day. You stated in your Instagram video you are upset over my One Star review- for that I am sorry, but I have to provide my honest feedback. Although we did not receive the customer service we were expecting, I do wish DanzingSTX Entertainment nothing but success. I hope my feedback will help improve your DJ's performance. read more

I have to say DanzingSTX Entertainment did a great job. They helped build a solid time line schedule for the day of our Daughters Quince. Also made a really nice custom banner in which was displayed throughout the entire event. Hora Loca was fun and awesome had the entire crowd dancing with big smiles.
