We met Misael from Master Entertainment at a quince expo and he made a good first impression. We scheduled an appointment where he showed us demos of the multiple services they were able to provide. It was such a relief to have a one-stop vendor who could take care of so much. It just felt right from the beginning. Not only did they deliver great music, they were very professional. Master Entertainment provided us with up lights, cold sparks, la hora loca, robot, bubble heads, LED screen, dance floor with decal, timeline of event and Joe the Emcee. Master Entertainment did an amazing job for my daughter Julia's XV. My extended family wanted me to book a live band for my daughter's Quince, but I refused because I had been to other parties where the Banda played all night and almost no one was dancing. Well at my daughter's quince there was no one in their chairs, everyone was on the dancefloor ALL night. It was such an amazing night, and it was all thanks to Master Entertainment. Our Emcee Dan was incredible, not only did he get the crowd excited, he also was on top of everything from the main table having enough drinks, making sure dinner was being served, to making sure the mariachi was following the timeline, passing out the glow sticks for Hora Loca you name it he was on it. Our DJ (Omar) was fantastic, he kept good music playing all night. The dance floor was completely full ALL night. Our guest kept on coming up to us and telling us that "we knocked it out of the park" and in my opinion the entertainment was one of the main reasons. Juliana from Master Entertainment will meet with you and establish a timeline for your event and to me that made a huge difference because upfront you know what to expect and you're not running blind on the day of your event. Master Entertainment was "hands-down" the reason that my daughter's Quinceanera was everything my family and friend's raved about by the end of the night! Their Emcee , Joe, and their DJ, Omar, were extraordinary in bringing my multicultural family together as I am Mexican (raised in Mexico) and my husband is African-American and we are both medical professionals. It is evident that Misael and Yuliana from Master Entertainment have experience in creating fun family time. I didn't hire a band or Mariachi. They were my sole entertainment and they were more than enough. They were extraordinary. Master Entertainment was flexible in our meetings, as if in-person was not something my schedule permitted, then they would facilitate Zoom meetings that answered all our questions and were still very personable. Misael was always accessible, responsive and created a package for me that would be the best fit for my venue which was at Central Park in Rancho Cucamonga (which didn't allow smoke or fireworks/sparks), nonetheless they configured an unforgettable package. Misael-the lighting was mesmerizing through its entirety (waltz, surprise dance and Jade's surprise Folklorico dance) ! Thank You! Yuliana was amazing in creating a clear timeline of the event from beginning to end with great attention to detail. She also was very accommodating in including a few extra introductory dances the Corte wanted last minute and even though I was under a lot of stress, working with her was seamless and also comforting as I knew that my requests would materialize. Something she did that showed me how much she was invested in her job and cared for her clients was something she did on same day of the Quinceanera. I hadn't had the time to do a photo shoot for Jade prior to her Quince, so she had one of her staff take pictures of Jade a couple minutes prior to the start of dinner and used them on the monitor that was the focal point of the venue. For her to even think of doing that meant a lot to me, in addition to the fact that my daughter looked radiant in those pictures. Kudos to the photografer. Thank you Yuliana if you are reading this! Master Entertainment has multiple Emcee's but I chose Joe because I had heard his enthusiasm at the Expo and in addition Misael had shown me examples of his emcees and my personality resonated most with Joe. Joe is young, happy, and has the voice of an actor/presenter that could potentially be from Cuba but I'm speculating here. He made the event so personable, though that day was the only time we met. He found me during the event and in 5 minutes, reviewed the timeline, pronunciation of certain names and any particulars of even family members. My father and brother were ill and though they were part of the timeline, were not able to make it, and he was still able to include them and mention reason they were not present, which showed me he cared. It was really important for me to have a bilingual emcee and with Joe I got something better as he was bi-cultural. He understood the significance of the Quinceanera and the traditions that follow it and defined them to my African-American family and friends. He assisted in entertaining the crowd with games, while my daughter was changing her dresses, which I thought was ingenious. Joe was the full package as he exceeded simply being bilingual in Spanish and English, he happily entertained over 200 guests, that ranged from teens to many present medical professionals of all cultural backgrounds. The Emcee Joe is a gem to Master Entertainment. In regards to the music, DJ Omar found the perfect mix of songs for a "Blaxican" crowd. I had my daughter send a list of 20 songs prior to event and so seeing the teenagers never leave the floor was not out of the ordinary, but then you had all the mom's dancing without shoes because the music was so good. My sister, had strained her knee the night before when she missed a couple of stairs, and she never stopped dancing despite her swollen knee. That is crazy, but the music was that good. My three year old nephew was twirling his eight year old cousin until the music ended at 11pm. For a three year old to find so much joy in what he is hearing is not something you can feign. But one of the most endearing stories I heard was from my comadre, who hails from Ecuador. She came with her elderly dad who leads a pretty sedentary life-style. He would stand and through his dementia, would ask for his wife who is no longer with us to go dance with him. This is what DJ Omar did at Jade's Quinceanera-he filled the dance floor with life to those living and brought the dead back to life for others. Joe you bring joy! In writing this through tears, I am so grateful to Master Entertainment, Emcee Joe, and DJ Omar for creating an unforgettable moment for us that night. When we first were thinking of putting this event together, we had no idea what to do for entertainment and how to make our event fun and exciting. We then found Master Entertainment at a Quinceanera Expo we attended in Pomona and we were so glad we did. They have it all. They showed us dance floors, Large Tv Screens, Dancing on Clouds, Sparks, photo booths, Robots, Emcees, Up lights, other lighting and systems they had for music. It was a one stop shop. We booked all of their services. We especially loved their large 8x12 TV screen that projected all of our slide shows, music videos and photos of our daughter. This was massive and was a main attraction at the event. They made our entire room pink and changed the colors and lights to go with music. They were professional, and all of the equipment looked so high end and was very impressive. I had several family members and friends comment on the equipment and how sophisticated it all was. I can't tell you enough how great their service was. The Emcee, DJ Joe was amazing. He had a clear voice and was very interactive with the crowd. He knew exactly how to address transitions and how to keep the party going. The music was so much fun. We had our event go until 1am and the DJ had everyone dancing until close.
