I had a great experience with Veronica when selling my house. The market was not very favorable to…read moresellers at the time, with interest rates at a high, and many of the buyers were put off by the relatively smaller yard, but she managed to reach out to thousands of prospective buyers, and get at least a hundred people to actually show up at the house. I also had a tight timeline because I had to leave the US within a couple of months. In the end she managed to reach the right buyer. During the preparation phase, she did her own inspection of the house to get ahead of any serious issues. She then put me in touch and reached out with the necessary contractors to get any high-priority repairs needed. Finally she handled staging the house to make it look as pretty as possible. Throughout the selling process she and her team held ten days of open houses, and over 50 individual showings. She followed up with many of them, as well with other agents to get a feel for how the market was doing. Because of that we got a good feeling for why the house wasn't selling and then made further changes. When we got an offer, she tried to make the closing and negotiations as smooth as possible, and tried to handle most of the stressful things behind the scenes. She is friendly, smart and very hard-working.
