We had a roof over our heads that had so many holes in it, water was coming into the home through the ceiling. They didn't discount rent or give any breaks on the heating bill for the massive inconvenience this caused and they took weeks to get it fixed. Many other issues with Eileen (I don't recall meeting a rider person). She was very inconvenienced by any reported issue and she expressed much resentment when I went through the home and did my own documented inspection of the quality of the home. Some of these things were basic violations like exposed and bare wiring hanging out of the walls, curtain rods that were broken and not secured properly, the water/ice dispenser on the fridge didn't work, the advertised fireplace was not working and they said it "never had". And the list goes on, I have plenty of receipts of these interactions. Worst place I have ever rented from and the worst customer service.

(Marlene knowing about them buying the home in the area is also a questionable tactic).

The clubhouse is well equipped with a full kitchen, large events room, small living room for private meetings and swimming pool. There is nothing negative that I could say about the Narrows Condominium, but if you have issues with a neighbor, talk to them, make friends and deal with your concern. Must issues can be resolved this way. And, the management is just a phone call away and they're always willing to help in any way they can.

I interviewed 3 different surveyor companies and chose CSI to complete this work. The scope and time frame was reviewed with each organization mostly all had very full work commitments which is expected during all the current building activity within the local area. I was given expected time frame from CSI that would support my legal activity as it progressed. They also were very helpful in the "education" of "exact" needs for legal actions of various types along with the requirement of filing final product exhibits and property descriptions variance. Working together towards the final product in a detailed and defined manner also resulted in a mutual agreement on the estimated cost. This supported both of our objectives and resulted in a timely but not pushed product that I can now present in a validated legal means. I would recommend CSI to perform such services if asked and also remind those that ask that if you want something really bad most likely that is the product you may end up with at a greater cost.
