Animal-loving staff. And dare I say, very reasonably priced at $25/ night. They could be greedy and charge more, because they're worth it, but I'm grateful for the value. They require vet records and don't mix dogs from different households. That seems basic practice, but it's not so with other kennels I've visited/ interviewed. Our two Pomeranians had days worth of poop dried to their backside. It was so bad one lost hair in the area and his skin was weeping, he is still healing almost a week later. The dogs were never given their beds (they still smelled like detergent from home with zero fur on the beds) and one of the other dogs was never given his medicine. We also had an unopened bag of treats they were never given. Their paws smelled like poop and they were severely dehydrated. White tongues and they drank an entire bowl of water the second they got home. When we voiced our concerns to the owner, we were screamed at and hung up on. A week later and one of our dogs developed pancreatitis which the vet believes may have been caused by severe stress and less than poor living conditions while borded. I would never recommend this place. My heart hurts for the absolute fear and neglect they caused my dogs. Shaking and severe shedding. A truly despicable place. Mind you, the photos are after one of the caretakers used about 10 baby wipes to clean his backside.

Her vet said she is sick from being fed a food high in fat and not her normal pro plan puppy food that I provided the facility. Her and her sister were both sick and left in a kennel with diarrhea all over them and their blankets. I have had a sleepless week taking care of my poor fur babies. Owner said she would refund my money and give a free bath. She needed me to bring my debt card for refund instead of just sending it to my address. No free bath will make up for the suffering. So sad.
