I would recommend her. Not sure about any of the others well except Jenifer, she's the one that messed up my beard. Today was a lot better time. And for that I've increased my rating Went in yesterday to the San Antonio store on 151 for a planned appointment in preparation for an anniversary trip with phI was told with a certain stylist but when I arrived I was told she had left in a hurry. The lady did say she could take me but I told her I was picky about my beard and she said that she wasn't confident doing it which is fine. Very honest and more importantly my beard wouldn't possibly get messed up. So I waited about 40 minutes for the girl to get back which at the time was also fine because I had no where to be. Told her the same thing about my beard that I was particular/picky didn't want it messed. She said no problem she was fine and could do it. Well everything seemed ok and I tried to check it there but it's hard for me to tell until I start to style it up. I was not able to go directly home because I had to pick up my wife for scheduled plans but when I finally got home that evening my wife noticed it wasn't even even. My right side is way longer on the cheek area. On the left side the back area near my neck is longer than the front. And that's just the start. It wouldn't be as big of a deal but I even told her my 25th anniversary is in a week and now I'll have to cut my dead waaaaay back to fix it. I'm royally pissed to say the least. My 25th anniversary pics will not be the way I had planned. A beard is a valuable thing to a man because of the time and money it takes to keep it Tried to call the store several times so far this morning with know answer which is fueling the fire. I have work today and will have to go looking offset in the face. The lady that cut my beard needs more training on them because I should not be the one telling her it's jacked up. I will continue to try to get this resolved and when I do I'll update this post

I didn't want to cause a scene or question anything, but I have never paid that much for a hair cut and style. I'm a push over and just paid and left. My appointment was set for 2 pm. I signed in around 1:52. You can see my receipt was at 3:11. The hair cut service is 30 minutes and prices start at $25/30 and up.... $65 is honestly crazy and not even close to the starting prices. Curling service starts at $25 and up for 1 hour and I paid $60. I understand my hair is thick but these prices are not okay. I really wanted to return but I'm not okay paying these prices. I feel scammed for real. :( She didn't even brush out my curls. Update: spoke with Sam and they (Maggie and Sam) are going to be doing a future service for me to help compensate this. Upon arrival, we were greeted and asked if we had appointments...after establishing our walk-in status, Juan sat my son in his chair. It stood out with the red color on it. My son and I then explained to Juan what my son was thinking of getting for his haircut style. We used the examples of the haircuts from your IG posts. I let Juan and Aiden be as I waited outside a bit for my comfort. I even talked a bit with another barber, but didn't catch his name. He was also very chill and upon mentioning my prior service while talking, he thanked me for my service and we even talked with some of the employees of the store that was next to y'all. I went back in and my son was getting excited for how his new haircut was going to look. My son has disabilities similar to mine. I assured him it was looking great and Juan also talked with him. He helped calm both me and my son. When I explained the sensory overload and anxiety my son and I both deal with sometime, Juan was very understanding and even helped me talk my son through his front lineup and getting his eyebrows trimmed. I enjoyed the setup and music playing throughout our time there. Real low key cool place. We had a great experience and will definitely visit again soon.
