I would recommend her. Not sure about any of the others well except Jenifer, she's the one that messed up my beard. Today was a lot better time. And for that I've increased my rating Went in yesterday to the San Antonio store on 151 for a planned appointment in preparation for an anniversary trip with phI was told with a certain stylist but when I arrived I was told she had left in a hurry. The lady did say she could take me but I told her I was picky about my beard and she said that she wasn't confident doing it which is fine. Very honest and more importantly my beard wouldn't possibly get messed up. So I waited about 40 minutes for the girl to get back which at the time was also fine because I had no where to be. Told her the same thing about my beard that I was particular/picky didn't want it messed. She said no problem she was fine and could do it. Well everything seemed ok and I tried to check it there but it's hard for me to tell until I start to style it up. I was not able to go directly home because I had to pick up my wife for scheduled plans but when I finally got home that evening my wife noticed it wasn't even even. My right side is way longer on the cheek area. On the left side the back area near my neck is longer than the front. And that's just the start. It wouldn't be as big of a deal but I even told her my 25th anniversary is in a week and now I'll have to cut my dead waaaaay back to fix it. I'm royally pissed to say the least. My 25th anniversary pics will not be the way I had planned. A beard is a valuable thing to a man because of the time and money it takes to keep it Tried to call the store several times so far this morning with know answer which is fueling the fire. I have work today and will have to go looking offset in the face. The lady that cut my beard needs more training on them because I should not be the one telling her it's jacked up. I will continue to try to get this resolved and when I do I'll update this post

I signed in around 1:52. You can see my receipt was at 3:11. The hair cut service is 30 minutes and prices start at $25/30 and up.... $65 is honestly crazy and not even close to the starting prices. Curling service starts at $25 and up for 1 hour and I paid $60. I understand my hair is thick but these prices are not okay. I really wanted to return but I'm not okay paying these prices. I feel scammed for real. :( She didn't even brush out my curls. Update: spoke with Sam and they (Maggie and Sam) are going to be doing a future service for me to help compensate this. The haircut came out great- we would go back over and over- but please tell me in what world is a kids cut $80?! That's a lot for an 11yr old to get a haircut- add tip to that and we spent $100 on a haircut for our kid. This wasn't a difficult cut, I'm curious why it's so expensive and feel like others should be warned. But he is happy with it and ultimately that's what we wanted.
