I went to Bradley after moving to Jackson after realizing I was tired of chain hair salons (i.e. Super Cuts). From the get-go, I immediately realized the difference. Bradley asks many questions to ensure you get exactly what you want in your haircut. There are no "what number do you want on the sides" type questions. During the haircut, Bradley is friendly and will listen to whatever I ask/tell him, all while maintaining a fun and airy atmosphere in the salon. After the haircut, the wash and the styling is professional and usually turns out how you want. If, for some reason, it doesn't, telling Bradley would always do the trick.
