Braga is full of charming cafes. Almost none of them have any outlets. A mere few weeks ago I was snowshoeing in Winnipeg and now I'm in Portugal during a heatwave with a phone battery that's frozen too many times. As a result, I always need to charge my phone, a cool drink, and a spot in the shade. Daqui provides me with all of these things. They also have a clean bathroom. And wifi.
The other thing they have is staff that is kind and patient enough to pretend I'm not a real life swamp creature mumbling something incoherent. They act as if I'm a reasonable person ordering a drink, someone who isn't disgustingly sweaty and possibly insane. They speak English, yet still let me torture them with my attempts at Portuguese.
