If I could give a negative number, I would! When my mother passed away, I went to Darden for a monument. I was given a "login and password" for their website to keep me informed about the progress of my order. I did receive one proof several weeks later on the website. I asked for revisions that I had to request by going in person, which involved taking time off work since their hours are very inconvenient for the working person. The revisions were never what I actually asked for, but what they decided to do. After 3 months, I gave up and accepted their interpretation of what I wanted. Now 5 months later, the website has never been updated, I sent an email that has gone for a week without a response, and a phone call that I had to leave a message that I don't expect to be returned either. While I did make the mistake of paying the full invoice up front because I thought they were a reputable business, I feel taken advantage of in a very vulnerable state of mourning the loss of my mother. After 5 months now, I am left with no monument or a clue as to where in the process my order is or even if it is in process. Next step, court to recover my $5000+ and begin the process all over with another company. Sad, very sad! read more
