The corn dogs had a wonderful crunchy cornmeal crust that reminded me of my childhood (I'm pushing 70). I noticed a bottle of Firewalker hot sauce on the table, and splashing that in helped a little bit. After that, I transitioned to a mimosa. This came with a fried chicken breast sitting on golden malted waffles, smothered in sausage gravy, and drizzled with chipotle honey. It was a really great dish.
