Not only did they offer the best rate and lowest closing costs of the other companies, but they offered assurance that if the loan process took longer than expected (which is common with the low interest rates right now), they would take care of it and we wouldn't have to pay extra to continue locking in the rate. When I told them I was not the person they were looking for and I did not want this text message, they ignored me. They called me again on 1/26/22 and violated my privacy rights again. When I contacted them about the 2nd violation, they claimed they didn't send it, even though both text messages clearly identify as Reduced Fee Mortgage in Lakeville, MN with Andrew Goldberg's office. I highly encourage others to report this company to the BBB, FCC, FTC, Attorney General, etc. if they have violated your privacy rights as they did with mine. They need to take responsibility for violating the laws that are set to protect consumers.
