The care that Donald took to make sure he kept our appointments and was always on time from the first initial consultation right up to the final walk through was impressive. He is personable and straight forward. He really took time to listen to what we wanted and what we were looking for. He made some great suggestions based on our needs and it was clear his knowledge and experience were going to be a huge asset to our project. Once the crew started working we were extremely impressed with how professional and thorough every member of the team was. I worked from home during the installation and they went out of their way to reduce noise and disturbance so I could continue working while they were on site. Anytime I spoke with any of the crew members on site they were very knowledgeable and seemed passionate about their work and their craftmanship! The whole experience far exceeded any expectations I had. We are absolutely thrilled with the high degree of skill and love the porch they installed for us shows. This is a challenging area due to huge rocks on the ground, and our cabin is deep in the mountain, which makes it difficult for the heavy equipment the needed to complete the job. Greensward Landscaping did exactly what we asked for and they worked within our budget. Tim, Bo and Evan did an amazing job on building the walls. Andrew's design was creative, saving us over $40k compared to another quote. We received excellent advice on design from Andrew. Overall our experience with Greensward was outstanding!

Thanks started out OK but I had to pay out-of-pocket out-of-pocket out-of-pocket out-of-pocket multiple times for work that was done in error work was not done professionally I have work that did not get completed concerning my Deck after he had one of his coworkers come to finish that she spent most of the time smoking out in the backyard and showed up with a boyfriend who doesn't even work for Mr. Dotson they never finished my deck painting it. I paid lots of extra money because they made errors on my Deck had to trainee, which I was not told the person was a trainee and didn't find out until later after I kept seeing mistakes being made they also did pavers in my front and backyard, which were not professionally done. I had concerns about the ground cover they put it wasn't heavy grade plastic now after all my work that I had paid thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars for I have weeds coming up in the front yard. I have weeds coming up in the backyard out of my pavers that I have to pay out-of-pocket now to get treated and that has been a recurring theme work not being done professionally not showing up on the times that they quoted that they would be at my house. It was always an hour or two hours or more later and then because they showed up late then they left like maybe an hour or two hours later and the jobs took forever and again they were not professionally done. They weren't professionally completed because they were not completed as they should've been or they were not completed as quoted I would not recommend Mr. Dodson and his crew for any work although they did my trees and that seem to be a decent job. Oh, on a sidenote, I also had my deck looked at when they added on some new section of it and also pertaining to the old section. I've had two people inspect it and they said it was not done correctly. Everything that I'm stating is fact along with Mr. Dodson, having a delay in finishing my projects because he had an issue with the law and that also set back the work that I was supposed to be completed but again never completed like it should've been.

The front brick stairs of our house have been pulling away from the foundation for years and we've…read moretried to cement the top edge and sides with backer board and fill with caulk while duct taping the railing that was separating because of the stair issue. Also, our walkway to the house was sagging making a dip where water accumulated. We finally decided we needed to improve the focal point of our house to make it more attractive and welcoming. So, we got an estimate from Next Vision with Martin and Alfredo who were very knowledgeable, courteous, and understood just what needed done to fix the problem. They thoroughly explained what job entailed and gave us confidence with their abilities. They also reassured us that they could match the brick with the brick on our foundation. After a couple estimates, we decided to work with Next Vision and we cannot say enough good things! They were prompt to the job, kept the site clean, and provided quality work we could trust. They really did match the stair brick to our foundation brick too! It turned out that the old stairs were just built on a pile of dirt and trash, which unfortunately many builders do as the stairs are the last to complete for a house, which is why many fall away from the foundation because they have no support. The walkway was just as bad without any rebar either. Thank goodness for Next Vision--Our stairs and walkway were demolished and rebuilt in three days and then they came back to power wash the brick stairs and slate walkway from any remaining dirt or dust. We are SOOO HAPPY with our new entry way to our home, which looks nice as it does now thanks to Next Vision led by Martin and Alfredo. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone who needs a quality masonry job! Thanks!
