Juan was excellent in his customer service and the sound system he installed is truly outstanding!! It was a huge challenge as I was replacing the stock radio in my Escalade with a top-of-the-line system that had to be synched with the cars computer, SiriusXM, DVD screens and OnStar, as well as my I-Phone while reconfiguring an old aftermarket speaker and sub-woofer system that had all types of shorts in the wiring . They put in many more hours than anticipated troubleshooting several issues that took them more than two days to resolve but still honored the original quote that was given to me assuming that this was going to be routine when it was not. The only reason I haven't given this revue 5 stars is because we couldn't resolve an issue with synching the phone directly through the system so it has to be bypassed through Apple Car Play which in and of itself is no big thing and will just take a little getting used to. Other than that, this system is FANTASTIC and having dealt with other installers in the past, I know that I got a lot more than what I paid for with the finished product. I will begin by stating that customer service is of the outmost importance since it is what drives the volume of inflow/outflow in a business. There of, I have no complaints since even tho they didn't "Answered my call" they did returned it and within the half hour (that's reasonable) as far as the attitude I had no problem since I dont go looking to make friends or attempt to talk down baseline set prices which in comparison to their competitors in the area are reasonably fair and more attractive. Also, I believe it depends on "YOU" and how you approach someone to determine their reaction no matter who... customers can come off often rude (no need for that I have seen it many times) so dont talk about attitude if you are having one and dont notice because the truth be said we are often unaware of it. As far as the quality of work well they definitely have room for improvement but "WE" all have to start somewhere. However, I must warn you that they did a terrific overall job in my hatchback, the only hiccup I notice was a scratch in the rear window tint which I "Promptly called" (remember I said promptly because customers often either damage their own tint and want to "avidly" throw in a false claim of the damage origins or even forget = dont care to INSPECT the work and take to long to get back so, maybe They didn't keep the record for that long!! i.e. 1 month + ... anything could have happened.) roughly three days afterwards and "POLOTELY" made and inquiry about the damage observe for which they answered and I QUOTE: " I understand, we have to remember all of our customers" they told me what car I had and when/for what I brought it in before I had the chance. Also told me " Dont worry we have life warranty if you want to bring it in we will be happy to replace anything we did wrong." This lets me know that they do care and are trying. Almost done, they took a little over two hours to place my tint and there were several people working so I dont believe that if they allegedly " rush " to get more clients in, the vehicle will come out with and overall 95% installation success rate and take such a reasonable amount of time for " MULTIPLE EMPLOYEES" WORKING on it. Lastly, I would recommend that they work on their email communication skills since they never sent me the "Life Time Warranty" paperwork as they promise but, I will get it when I come back on Friday no problem so I would definitely give them a shot they are a great business and shouldn't be shone down by any petty review (by petty I mean lacks descriptive imagery). I had my wife's brand new mini van tinted with these guys. When I picked up the vehicle the tints were full of bubbles, a bit more than usual. They assured me once it was left out in the sun they would dry up and disappear. This true to some degree. In short, the bubbles never dried up and my passenger window started peeling off by the second week. Dropped my van off to be re-tinted with absolutely no hassle at all. Went back 7 hours later my van had not been touched. Dropped it off a second time, went back 8 hours later and only one window was redone and with a lighter tint. I heard of Dark & Loud through my boss. He took both of his car to get his windows tinted and he loved how they came out. He even had the owner of the company we work for take his personal vehicle and the company's car. EXCELLENT job on all of them. So I decided to take my 2010 corolla back in 2010 and again they did not fail me. Not only did I LOVE the work they did, very detailed and neat. No bubbles or anything that you hear from other places. But everyone there is super friendly, very cool yet professional. I am shocked to see so any negative reviews. I all my cars tinted with Juan at Dark and Loud and the were professionally done. They stand by their work AND by their warranty. My white Mercedes began showing bubbles in the rear window and with my invoice and 2 years later, Juan repaired the rear tint fitting me in at any time I requested and apologized for the inconvenience. I found this place driving by in 2013. I had some work done, met the owner Juan and I have been back several times since and will only have my car worked on there. They have done my window tints on 2 cars, the stripe decal package with smoked tail lights and side turn lights. They installed interior led's wired to the door and a switch and I have been happy with all the work done. I had some stripes done and there was a wax smudge from install I thought was a scratch, he said give it a few days to wipe off and if not he would take care of it. He was right, no problem, but it was a comfort to know if it were an issue, they would take responsibility. They stayed open late to get the job done for me and did not rush it.
