Excellent work. I took my 2019 Avalon, it had black spots and a bumpy surface that wouldn't come off with regular washing. They did an incredible job and the car paint looks as clean and smooth as when I bought. I went back and took my son's 2015 Honda. I too went to High End Detail based on the high star rating and excellent feed back in the reviews. Josue responded to me after hours and continued to answer my questions without hesitation. I got to his shop before opening hours (July 19) and he was already there setting up. He greeted me with his clipboard before I got out of my car. Josue verified the correct tint I wanted (XPEL PRIME ceramic) and took me into his garage to show me examples. As his crew arrived they came out to great me and started prepping the car. The Last Review you need to read before making a decision Before my review I want you to know a few facts about me: 1. I didn't meet Josue until last week when he gave me an estimate to work on my car. 2. I'm not a social media person and therefore don't give reviews about anything. 3. I don't have the luxury of wasting time or money. 4. I "HATE" being SOLD on anything or HYPED up about how great something is to be disappointed later. Ok, so let's begin! Before I buy anything I research it for what most would think is a long time. The main reason is because I don't want to get ripped off, taken advantage of or pay for something cheap. Add to that, Miami is known for being the fraud capitol of the United States. You can't trust anyone, especially if they're working on your car, doing construction on your home or fixing your A/C. It's gotten to the point now that if someone gives me a great price on anything I assume it's a scam or the work will be done way below satisfactory. I needed to get the paint corrected on my white, 2013, BMW-M3 in the worst way. I had, paint splatter, cement and some sort of glue all over the car. I had parked near a construction site one time too many in the Mary Brickell area. The car looked so bad I even stopped washing it for the last three months. I thought it was going to need a paint job and was prepared to hear the worst when I finally decided to take care of the car. After four days of calling multiple "detail" shops, reading through reviews of car boutique shops, watching YouTube videos on paint correction processes, Paint Protection Films, waxing, ceramic coating and on and on and on, I came across "High End Detail." I placed a call and got in touch with Josue the owner. Right off the bat I knew this guy cared, he just sounded like he wanted to help. Some of the other shops sounded like they were doing me a favor for taking my call or they sounded bothered that I even called to ask a question. Josue was straight forward, he told me he couldn't give me an accurate estimate until he actually saw the car, made complete sense to me. I met him a day later at his shop and went from there. When we met he was polite, professional and approachable, no ego at all. He took his time looking over the car in his work bay with the special lights that shows you just how bad your paint really is, LOL. He made suggestions, educated me and gave me different options to choose from. He never tried to sell me at all. It was just the facts and his professional opinion, so refreshing. I decided to move forward based on the experience so far and we set a date. The package I wanted and the things I needed done took two and a half days, the top treatment for my baby M3 after so much neglect. Along the way, Jouse sent me texts messages with pictures of my car during the process. It was mind blowing to see the progress of the car. I could only imagine how awesome it would look when it was done and I saw it in person. I dropped the car off on a Thursday morning and picked it up on Sat. afternoon. The moment of truth!! Holy crap, the car was gleaming in the bay where he had all the special lights. I was looking for something to say besides Holy Crap!!! My car NEVER looked that great EVER. I walked around it slowly and tried to maintain my composure but my gaping mouth gave me away!! Can you believe this transformation?!?! This is a NEW CAR!! WOW!!! Then he said wait until we pull it out of the bay and you see it in direct sunlight. Wa Wa Wa...What??? It gets better, no way! When he pulled the car out and the sunlight hit it, BAM...I couldn't look at it directly. It was too bright and shiny. The sun bounced off the paint and hit me dead between the eyes like I got shot from Jesse James but he was using a SUN gun. I had to squint to stop the glare from the perfect shine. Truly amazing!!! Needless to say, I am a very satisfied customer and now and advocate for Jouse and High End Detail! Word of mouth is the best form of advertising especially when it comes from someone you know and trust. You don't know me and therefore you can't trust me or this review. My car was damaged with some paint, I had been told by 3 other shops prior to his that it would need a complete paint job and it would have to stay in the shop for about a week no ifs, ands, or butts. Let me start off by saying that I was unfamiliar with High End Detail and after several hours of research, including Yelp, I contacted them to perform a detail, paint correction and paint coating to my new car. I am a bit of a control freak so I was very nervous about hiring a company I had no personal experience with. I must say that I could not be more pleased with the job and the excellent customer service. Initially, I was skeptical in entrusting my new car to a stranger, but that hesitance quickly subsided after meeting Josue for the first time. I actually asked to see a copy of his commercial insurance policy, which he happily provided. He came to my house to take a look at the car. He spent approximately 30-45 minutes examining it which I thought was all for show, as my car was literally a week old. He used his lighting tool to show me scratches I could not see with the naked eye. I could not believe the size of one of the scratches on the side door of my car! Also, I was there the entire time he was examining the car; like I said, I am a bit of a control freak. Josue is an artist as much as he is a "detailer". You can tell right away that this process is not as simple as clean, apply and move on (it may be for others). He spent time studying the curves on my car to make sure that the beeds paint coating would be applied equally in all areas. He takes a lot of pride in his work evidenced by the time he takes with the car and the end product. Moreover, he was extremely helpful with car care instructions and answered all of my questions regarding same. Throughout the entire process, Josue was keeping me informed on the process by way of sending pictures of the car after the detail and each layer of paint protection. I can tell you how happy I am with the outcome, but I will upload some pictures in a moment. Lastly, as I said in the beginning, I don't know HED or Josue. Had the headlights refinished by dealership a couple of years ago and it looked bad again. Not only did I get it back with great looking tints, the headlights look like new.
