I waited outside the establishment till they open around 9:06 the owner Mike help me the price that he had originally quote me change for more way more . I said is ok and went ahead and trusted him with the project . They were honest, efficient, and respectful of my comfort level with covid physical distancing/masks/sanitizing the car. They did the work quickly and explained how to use the product while respecting my space. Other places I called said no problem we will install a low quality radio you can buy on the internet without asking any questions about what radio it was or what car I had to make sure they had the parts on hand to properly install it in my car. I had been debating between an on sale "brand" (of the always on sale variety) from a site a friend recommended and a respectable brand like Kenwood or Pioneer. They were very straight forward and honest about their standards for quality of work and components. They said they would not install some off brand thing I would bring to them because they couldn't stand behind their work (they guarantee their work) or the product (they only sell quality products that have well backed warranties). Their prices were reasonable so it ultimately came out to only slightly more for a Kenwood (an excellent brand/unit) than it would have for the generic thing I found online. They were straightforward about what things cost and what would fit my needs instead of trying to get me to buy something more expensive or with options I did not need. Spending a little more to have a quality product installed well by a business that stands behind their work is absolutely worth it for a thing I will have in my car for several years. read more

The HID headlight on my Chevy Equinox went out. Called this morning if there was any availability and Mike said come on in when I could. Got there around 10:30, and they immediately took my car in. The technician saw that my ballast was blown, they replaced it and my HID was working again. Was in my car by 10:55. I went in and spoke to both gentleman there. They quoted me a very fair price with quality components. I could not be happier with their work. Jeep sounds AMAZING. I called them to see if they were able to get tinted windows installed in my car, and they said to bring the car in to get a quoting on it because they didn't want to give me the wrong pricing. When i take it to the shop he gave me a quoting for my vehicle which i have five windows total pricing for $100.00 which is not bad at all! The staff is very nice, and they have a professional garage on the side that they can put your car in to get it detailed. He gave me paperwork to sign for a consent of he vehicle, and gave me a standard timing and what i liked the most was the timing that he gave me was the promised time. Mind you I didn't call in but he reached out to me that everything was ready to pass by and pick up. They also have different type of tinted windows for your vehicle it can go as very light black all the way to illegal color which is extremely back ,but customers still wear it out. I got the one before it becoming ilegal to be safe on the road! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! I recently got my car tinted here and I was so pleased by the service I received. I spoke with Mike at the store and he was able to answer all my questions and make me feel comfortable with the service I paid for. Not only do they do an excellent job with installing the window tints (as a note I had no bubbles at all but could imagine this is a frequent outcome for installations) but they provide great communication with when it was ready. Called them this morning to see if they can fit my truck in for a full audio install (head unit, speakers front/back). It was problem. I get there, go over options, leave the truck and they say it'll be 4 hours. In a little over two hours, I get a call that my truck is done! I go over, pick it up, everything as promised. Wow, it's so refreshing to be treated with professionalism and courtesy in this city. Especially in a car stereo store and not a high end boutique of some kind. This business was a pleasure to deal with thanks to Mike. He answered the phone promptly, answered my questions and scheduled for me to come in. When I arrived, he quickly finished what he was doing and walked my daughter and I through all of our options and delineated price points. Once we agreed and the work was finished he sat in the car with us and showed us how to use the radio and EVEN programmed the sound to my daughter's liking. I can not recommend this business enough. Went in for Tints.... I called around noon on a Friday, picked up and was greeted very nicely, I asked if I could drop off my car today for TINTS. They said yes and for such a low price too. No hassle on prices. The guy on the phone was super cool so I swung by a bit later and gave him my keys. He explained the window tinting process, showed me the color board. Gave me the facts and let me decide. Made me feel super relaxed and I was glad he was super knowledgeable and taught me a lot. Every time I asked a question, he put himself in my shoes and explained it. He explained the cautions and pros and cons, just a real human/friendly experience. Cool guy working there for sure. Very disappointed in this shop. I was one their oldest customers and noticed the quality of their install was not the same. I first took my wife's car and installed an over head tv, and it gave problems the first week, although they replaced it, the replacement broke again and couldnt play DVDs. I took my car for a sound system and one of the tweeters fell off when closing the door, after a few days i decided to do sound deadning to my rear doors and saw that the rear speakers we're screwed directly to the door without a bracket and that really pissed me off. After i called them, i was told that that was the right way to do it and shouldnt be questioning their job. I just decided to look for a different shop and never go there again. read more

This place used to be awesome and had exceptional customer service. I went in for a simple tint job on the rear windows of the vehicle. The guy was so intent on doing the whole car that he tried to tell it made "no sense" to spend $85 on the all the rear windows when he can do the whole car for $120. I let him know I wanted the factory look with the front windows untinted. After that, I asked about the warranty of the tinting to which he replies "that he cannot offer a warranty unless I tint the whole vehicle". That makes absolutely no sense to me so I decided to leave. He followed me outside and damn near took the side view mirror off of my vehicle trying to stop me.
