Many employees appear to be consistently overworked due to staffing shortages and demanding workloads. Workers are often expected to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously, including customer service, inventory , maintenance with the store, other operational tasks. There are concerns that employees are not receiving sufficient breaks during long shifts and that scheduling practices may contribute to physical and mental exhaustion. Excessive workloads can negatively impact employee well-being, workplace morale, and the quality of customer service. Additionally, some employees feel their concerns regarding workload, scheduling, and workplace expectations are not being adequately addressed. A healthy workplace should encourage open communication between management and staff and ensure that employee concerns are taken seriously and handled fairly.

I found this location by searching CBD in El Paso. I came…read moredown to Texas from California to visit my mother. She has bone spurs and has a tremendous amount of agonizing pain. I was pleased to find that our government approved a Farm Bill which in part legalized CBD use in Texas along with all other 49 states. I took my mother down there and we were warmly received by the person behind the counter. We were introduced into the products and had all questions answered. The young woman was kind, and very concerned and pointed my mother out to the best option for her condition. My mother is now pain free thanks to this amazing business providing this outstanding medicine. Although many don't like President Trump, all those that use CBD can thank him for legalizing CBD. Those in the state of Texas I'm sure are also very thankful Governor Abbot also ok'd the bill. In California, marijuana is legalized statewide and is a normal thing. I'm just happy that here in Texas my mother can be pain free in a more conservative state. Once again, I want to thank the fine young woman behind the counter that helped my mother alleviate the pain caused by her condition.

I was actually surprised too at how well kept and professional looking everything was inside. Not to say that the outside looked the opposite but just based off the fact that most smoke shops can be overly packed of items and just shoved and crowded all together on shelves. And most spots have that really strong, smokey smell and usually prefer the place to be dimly lit. But this place was bright and fresh smelling. The humidor was super clean and fresh smelling too for a humidor. All their merch was orderly displayed on shelves and made everything look presitgious. The girl working that night was super friendly too which is always a plus. We bought a couple things of cigarettes which we're about the same price as everywhere else. So if we were in the area again, we will definitely be stopping in again for our fix here!
