Stopped by looking for a cigar lounge. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Didn't ask but it looked like the only place to burn one is on the front patio. I was in town with some friends and stopped to get a few extra cigars to share and buy a new lighter as I'd left mine at home. The clerk wouldn't fill the lighter for me. He made me buy a bottle of butane after buying $79 worth of cigars. I've never been to a shop that won't fill a customer's lighter, especially one bought at the store. This place is in a big shopping plaza so there is tons of parking. The store is nicely laid out and the staff have always been friendly and sometimes even informative. The selection is decent, but not overwhelming. No walk-in humidor, just a wall behind glass. I go here when I want to try something new, but if I already know what I want, I usually order them at www.cigar.com which is almost always the cheapest solution. They didn't have Dupont lighter fluid which I wish they did, but I found at a luggage place on the Westside. read more
