He was an absolute professional! He was booked for the day but still squeezed us in. His customer service skills are top notch. So we shopped around and read reviews and contacted a few companies. Yousef answered all our questions, showed us different samples and was completely open with pricing no hidden fees or surprises. During the process he said it would take 2 days and he was right. He personally was there working along with another guy (Mike?). They were very clean while working and mindful of the areas.
