A lovely girly took care of us and showcased all the body jewelry I was interested in. She helped me hand select a few options and brought me to the back to try them on. She had to ensure my nose was clear for the ring hoop/stud and explained every step she took. She guided me and made me feel safe in her care. Almost maternal and calming. So sweet and professional. Going the extra mile for me made me feel like a million bucks. And my purchase wasn't even expensive. But she took the time to care. That's quality customer service.
