We were greeted as soon as we walked in, the guy checked us in and handed us the forms to fill out and told us it would be a few moments before going back. I have really bad anxiety and Brett assured me I'd be fine and was very calm, caring, and considerate. The piercing was next to painless and that's coming from someone who cannot handle pain. I called this morning looking for second opinion. Had got a piercing done last week Tuesday somewhere else and was having pain & the area look infected. Me and my girlfriend had an appointment for her to get her ear pierced at 2 pm and we waited in their dirty lobby until 3:15 just for Rob to get the piercings out of the case and sterilized only for him to take someone back who had gotten there after we did. I would not suggest this place at all. I took a look at some of the portfolios they had on display and the work was sloppy at best. There prices were also ridiculous. From the moment you walk in you can tell it's not your typical tattoo shop. It is decorated in Island Decor and they have reggae playing.
