A lovely girly took care of us and showcased all the body jewelry I was interested in. She helped me hand select a few options and brought me to the back to try them on. She had to ensure my nose was clear for the ring hoop/stud and explained every step she took. She guided me and made me feel safe in her care. Almost maternal and calming. So sweet and professional. Going the extra mile for me made me feel like a million bucks. And my purchase wasn't even expensive. But she took the time to care. That's quality customer service. got my septum pierced by Brett after 2 failed and incorrect septum piercings by a previous unprofessional piercer and was sooo happy with my results! their shop is so so very clean and they're very sweet people. Brett made my experience very pleasant. no pain, clean, very clear instructions and we even laughed at the placement the previous piercer did. i have pictures below. the first picture was done by Brett and the second picture was done by the previous piercer. what a big difference! read more

Amazing service, extremely clean interior and exterior and cool decor inside. I accompanied a friend who got an ear piercing. We were greeted as soon as we walked in, the guy checked us in and handed us the forms to fill out and told us it would be a few moments before going back. He showed us the case for her to select her ear ring and we were called back shortly after. We spent more time on the lobby looking at earrings than the actual time in the room. He gave her instructions and it was quickly over. We had an appointment but they do take walk ins. Tip: when you check in on Yelp there is a promotional offer. Absolutely loved this shop and the staff. My husband and I were both walk ins, I had my septum pierced and my husband got his first tattoo. I have really bad anxiety and Brett assured me I'd be fine and was very calm, caring, and considerate. The piercing was next to painless and that's coming from someone who cannot handle pain. Kirt tattooed my husband and we had good conversations and laughed, which kept my husband calm. Overall I highly recommend this shop as the space is clean and the staff are amazing. I went and got my septum pierced and I was a little nervous about my anatomy of my nose because I have a thinner nose and Brett took his time to measure the space and made sure it would look 100% and would heal correctly. He made sure I was comfortable, took his time with me and reassured me through the whole process. Your clients shouldn't be expected to wait the whole day for a set appointment. I called this morning looking for second opinion. Had got a piercing done last week Tuesday somewhere else and was having pain & the area look infected. From the moment you walk in you can tell it's not your typical tattoo shop. It is decorated in Island Decor and they have reggae playing. The staff was very friendly and the shop well lit and very clean! CJ did our tattoos and he did a great job! We also had the opportunity to talk to the owner as well as a couple of the other artists and they were all very friendly.I will be going back to get a larger piece on my back done with CJ soon! Me and my girlfriend had an appointment for her to get her ear pierced at 2 pm and we waited in their dirty lobby until 3:15 just for Rob to get the piercings out of the case and sterilized only for him to take someone back who had gotten there after we did. I would not suggest this place at all. I took a look at some of the portfolios they had on display and the work was sloppy at best. There prices were also ridiculous.
