She had to ensure my nose was clear for the ring hoop/stud and explained every step she took. She guided me and made me feel safe in her care. Almost maternal and calming. So sweet and professional. Going the extra mile for me made me feel like a million bucks. And my purchase wasn't even expensive. But she took the time to care. That's quality customer service. I bought the makeup she recommended, didn't workout, used wash rag she suggested and followed all aftercare. I asked Kady for a refund being that I paid the full $500 for my eyebrows and have gotten nothing in return. She refuses to give me back my money. She offered to see me again and I told her I didn't want her touching my face anymore and just wanted my money anck and again, no response. I have seen other artist and they all confirmed Kady did not do my brows properly. I would not recommend Kady to anyone. She does not conduct business properly and doesn't care about client satisfaction. I am down $500 and have no eyebrows.

This was my third time in a tattoo parlour, however, it was my first time feeling comfortable in one. I went in to get my cartilage pierced and I was quite nervous about my first piercing. I'm not sure of the name of the piercer, but upon investigation on their website I think it might have been Spike. He was super sweet, he explained everything to me, gave me two water bottles to drink to make sure I'm not dehydrated. I got a little woozy after I got pierced (probably because I was terrified) and he didn't let me get up until he made sure I was 100% back to normal. The place is super clean, he used proper sanitation techniques and explained everything to me with great detail and told me to call or come back if I have any questions. I am definitely coming back for more piercings if I'm ever in Florida! read more

Got two piercings here today and I'm very satisfied! Staff was friendly and welcoming. Clean establishment with beautiful paintings (done by the staff!) Leah was my piercer she was awesome. She is so experienced and knowledgeable. The piercings were as painless as piercings can be lol and looked perfect; exactly how I pictured! This is by far the cleanest tattoo place I've ever seen. Everyone is upbeat, and more importantly, very knowledgeable and talented, true professionals in every way. Prices are fair, even from the quotes I heard around me while I was getting tattooed. Gavin did an outstanding job on my arm and worked cleanly and efficiently. My 17 yr old son got his first tattoo @ Triton Tattoo with their artist Britt. He didn't know what to expect or what to look for in a tattoo shop and artist, the search for one began it was starting to get frustrating to him bc I wanted the best! We finally found the shop and artist in his budget. Britt saw and listened to what he wanted and she added her creativeness. Triton Tattoo is a clean and professional place. Everyone there is super friendly! I got my tattoo done with Gavin and he was amazing. When I came in to give my deposit he had pictures ready for me to show me what he would be drawing and how he would be drawing it. Then when I went to get my tattoo he made sure I was comfortable letting me know I can take breaks whenever and if the seat became uncomfortable I could ask him to move it at any time. My experience here was superb. I came in to have some work done by Luis and he knocked it out of the park. His meticulous attention to detail and sheer passion for what he does blew me away! This guy is serious about his work. Not only was he outstandingly personable, but he was also thorough and professional in his execution. I appreciate an artist who is as dedicated as he is. Went here to get both nipples pierced earlier today, and this is the cleanest tattoo and piercing shop I've ever seen BY FAR. It is a very bright, positive, and professional atmosphere.
