I've heard great things so I was excited for the day of my appointment. The parking lot is small but it has plenty of parking so no need to worry there. Joy greeted me as soon as I walked in. I tried to explain what I wanted my hair to look like, a task that's harder then you would think. She got it and OMG did my hair look amazing. Incredibly affordable, the staff is so nice, very professional, very clean environment. I had Adriene and basically said "I want long layers," and left the details up to her creativity. I was not disappointed!! Extremely satisfied with my visit. Just a little difficult to find: park on the side of the building and walk down to the "cellar- looking" door. I will definitely recommend this to friends and family!
