I have used Darleen three times to watch over my cats and dog. She is fantastic and also goes out of her way. For example, I had her stop by once/day to walk my dog. I found out she also went into the back yard and picked up after him. I did not ask her to do this or pay her for it; she just did it on her own. Darleen really cares about your pets and treats them like they were hers. The woman who posted the negative review on Jan 3rd must be smoking something. I have met Darleen numerous times and what she describes is crazy! If you have ever met Darleen you know this is something she would never do. If you look at the other reviews, you see are comments like she is wonderful, highly recommend them, professional, excellent care, etc. etc. Hands down I highly recommend her and will continue to use her to watch over my 'kids'. read more

We trusted Darlene to care for our kids 3 dogs 2 cats. We were Assured that they would stay here and take care of our animals and our home while we were gone for seven days. This did not happen. As we pulled into our garage the complete smell of poop and pee hit us straight in the face. When we walked into the home everything was a mess! from dirt on the floor pee on the floor poop on the floor and walls everything was just torn up. What good did it do for her to ask where the Mop and the broom were kept if they weren't going to use them!!! We always leave the TV and lights on for animals and we walked into a dark house. Seems as if she took the money and ran. Nothing we discussed or wrote down for them was ever followed. When I called and texted her to complain about everything 6 times total I've gotten no response no care no concern. Then her father brought back my key and my garage door opener when I asked him what the hell he said I have a heart condition and walked away. Every entry door to our home was unlocked! Two of my dogs are on medication which I know they did not receive and I know this because we had to take them to an emergency visit to the vet early this morning. If it take me to the end of my life I'm going to let everyone know never ever without a doubt NEVER!!!! use this service she and her people are untrustworthy unreliable ridiculous. As all of that doesn't seem bad enough it seems as though they had some sort of a party while we were gone! I promise I will get ALL my money back and then some! read more

I had Darlene's Pet Sitting Service come in to sit for my cat for seven days. I was told my cat would be played with and or given attention while I was gone. This is what I got, confirmed by my alarm system. March 10th 2:44PM-2:47PM= 3 minute stay March 11th 11:04AM-11:08AM= 4 minute stay March 12th DID NOT COME BY AT ALL March 13th 10:12AM-10:19AM= 7 minute stay March 14th DID NOT COME BY AT ALL March 15th DID NOT COME BY AT ALL March 16th 1:01PM-1:06PM= 5 minute stay When I confronted Darlene I got nothing, No apology, No refund for the days that no one came by. With this kind of service I will Not be using Darlene's Pet Sitting Service again! read more

Darlene is fantastic. She has really helped me out, sometimes on short notice, in caring for my pets. You can tell that she really has a true love for animals and she really cares about the well being of my pets. She is not even judgmental about my dog's behavior (I have a couple real live wires on my hands here). I highly recommend! read more
