we have been with the same vet for quite a while, but moved close to Mountain Vet to Pet. It was super hard to make the change, but we have been so blessed to work with the team here!! we had to crank out appointments for all of our dogs, and I was super grateful for how quickly they were able to get us in, how thorough they were in our care and reasonably price they are!! not only that, but I think they truly enjoyed my fur babies! It was fun to watch them interact with them... and one of our dogs even got serenaded in the back room while they were cutting her toenails just to distract her. So hilariously cute. I am a huge fan, now. We have loved the whole staff, but specifically Dr. Baudrand Gets five stars from me in my dogs for making our appointment effective, efficient, thorough, and fun!! read more

Can't believe I've never written a review before. Dr. Camp and all of the staff at mountain vet to pet are simply the best! From calling in and getting personalized conversations with office staff who really know my pets, to countless visits (we have a lot of problem pets) with Dr. Camp where she takes her time to assess and make sure we understand everything and have all of our questions answered. Not once have I ever felt pressured to over spend or thought I was being told the pets need something that isn't necessary. Dr. Camp treats them all like her own pets and makes sure they are getting the best care. We are so lucky to have such a reliable vet and are willing to make the drive for such a benefit! read more

Was great, but Dr Warren has left and it's not the same. Today I brought my dog in for a shot and nail clipping. Last time my dog's nails were clipped in a room and I (and my seven year old daughter) was there to help as my dog is anxious. This time I was not allowed to be in the room for "liability" reasons. Come to find out her paw was cut, they didn't acknowledge the wound, and she bled all over the car it was that deep. It's been nine hours and she's still licking the wound. Then they gave her a bordella dose nasally which ultimately ended up all over the floor vs in my dogs body. I am disappointed and upset for my dog. read more

Dr Lisa is the very very best! She has taken care of my three kids for quite a long time time and had seen them through bouts of cancer to a leg amputation. Overall bad experience with a simple check-up for a 15-year-old family cat. I ended up on Vet to Pet's email advertising for a daily bombardment for the sale of pet supplies. My fur baby needed medical attention after another dog attacked her, and I wanted the best care for my dog: Dr Warren not only did a great job fixing her wounds, but also answered my e mail within minutes, late on a Sunday night when I had a simple question about medication. The staff showed great compassion durring a time of high stress, fully informing me of procedure, next steps, and care in the next few weeks. The office is very well planned out, animals are brought out from treatment on a separate hallway from animals coming in- to avoid conflict. We started using Dr. Lisa as a back-up vet because we had a cat that couldn't tolerate a trip to the vet and needed someone who made house calls. It wasn't long before we realized what a jewel she is and soon she was treating out dogs as well. She has brought us through many scrapes with our pets and we have found her to be a strong, sensible and passionate lady who does her utmost to make sure that our animals are given the very best care that is in her power to provide. These days, we only have dogs but even though we no longer have the finicky kitty cat that brought us to Dr. Lisa in the first place, we continue to trust her with our dogs' lives. I first met Dr. Lisa Warren and her staff at the introduction of my cousin, when my dog Lucky was very ill. Another vet in the area had passed him off for dead with nothing offered to help and I want for a second a opinion. When Dr. Lisa met Lucky she was full of ideas on what could be done to prolong the life of my dog and she was very passionate about saving his life! She spent tons of time educating me on the options, introduced me to the proper surgeon and oversaw his lifesaving procedure. That was SUMMER OF 2013 and Lucky is still going strong today. I would still do it all over again to this day when I see the joy the dog has had since. He sprung up like a puppy after the procedure and has really enjoyed life again. Needless to say, the other vet got dumped immediately and ever since - I've been using Lisa for my pet care. She's an amazing vet and her staff is well educated, compassionate and they always take the time you need to feel comfortable. She's outspoken, honest and will tell you what you need to hear - and tell you the truth. She has proven that she won't spend money where it isn't needed on useless test for geriatric K9's and has a ton of compassion to support you when it's their time. This week, I made the decision that it's time for one of my 18 YO dogs to cross over, and I can't think of anyone else more caring to help me with that process than Dr. Warren and her caring and loving staff. Dr. Warren is one of the most compassionate and knowledgeable animal care providers I have ever met. She has taken care of 2 of our cats and our old dog. When one of our old cats fell sick with kidney failure Dr. Warren did everything she could to help keep her alive but also considered her comfort and quality of life. When our old cat died, Dr. Warren and her staff were endlessly compassionate and caring. I couldn't recommend this clinic highly enough and wish I could give them more than 5 stars. read more

We celebrate each day with our kitty thanks to the caring and skills of Dr. Warren. We are road warriors and travel with our pets. At our previous stop, we had a vet tell us our cat was in kidney failure. We didn't want to bring our cat to some inferior place so waited to get to a place that had a higher level of service. However, when we made the appointment with Mountain Vet to Pet, we discussed her symptoms and what we were told. They gave us hope but we saw our cat deteriorate. We thought we were bringing our 16 year old cat in for a euthanasia and were devastated. In entering we noticed the beauty of the facility. The facility was something we could be at peace at saying goodbye to our friend. Dr. Warren later explained she designed the rooms to be less claustrophobic for pets - there are glass doors in each room along with a comfortable chair for owners and cots for pets (no sterile exam tables). Our room was more private, due to the nature of the visit. The tech looked at the bloodwork the previous vet had done and said "This kitty is nowhere near kidney failure. I'll have Dr. Warren look but the previous vet's diagnosis doesn't seem right to me." We started to have hope. When Dr. Warren entered, a friendly face came to greet us and the first thing she said was "I like my kitties to last 19 to 20 years. In looking at your kitty's blood work, she is not anywhere near kidney failure." After discussing for a bit and taking some more tests, it was determined that the UTI med our cat was on was overly harsh on her belly so she didn't want to eat. Her elevated liver values were actually expected for hyperthyroid kitties (she was on meds for it for years). We gave her fluids and a new medication. Within 24 hours, our cat's brightness was coming back. Now our cat is 100 percent herself. In fact, she's more kittenish than she has been in years. Our once-vocal kitty had lost her meow a couple of years ago. Now, we hear a meow that is a beautiful, off-key Siamese melody that greets us every day. Every other week, we send Dr. Warren a picture of her and thank her for saving our cat. She is bright, alert, and ever the personality. While I guess we could live without the 6 am wakeup calls every morning, it is something we cherish. Thank you Dr. Warren and staff for all you do. read more

We take our cat Zorro, Dogs, Cowboy, Nugget and Freckles to Doctor Lisa. She and her staff are wonderful. The clinic is very clean.

Lisa Warren is the most amazing vet. Our dog was brutally murdered and she drove to the animal hospital, picked him up, performed a neuroscopy, and made a paw print for our son. She is beyond compassionate and loves her patients and their families. We are forever indebted to Lisa and her kindess during our time of grief. read more

She comes across as smart and the British accent adds a touch of class but in reality, she often makes horrible decisions and misses the obvious because she's too busy running around like a chicken with her head cut off most of the time. I'm big on looking at a vet's track record. With me, she had a bad one. As as far as her "compassion" goes, I know people who would disagree. It's mostly about her carelessness, though. After her third blatant misdiagnosis of my dog's various medical conditions, I quit her for good. read more

You will not find a more compassionate, caring vet anywhere. Not only is her office spotless, and void of ANY animal hair, her staff is the most professional I have seen at all the vets in Evergreen. You are never kept waiting. Dr. Warren came to my home to euthanize my beloved pet. She proceeded with the upmost patience, care and respect, not only for me, but for my "best friend".
