After catching a mistake they made by not advising us to specify the names of the children in the living trust. They wanted to charge us $300.00 additional to make the correction. They tried to blame it on us that we did not specify the names so they assumed that we did not want to specify the names of the children. We are not attorneys so we do not know the ramifications of not including the names of the children. This is why you pay over $2,000.00 to an attorney to advise you. They did not advise us and now they want to charges for the change. Fortunately we found another attorney that was willing to do the change for free. We just had to pay $15.00 for the notary fee. read more
