Even though the vehicle wasn't there (in a warehouse), he waited for them to bring the vehicle to the dealership. Dabo inspected the vehicle thoroughly, and told me of all the various issues he found on the vehicle, and i'm really glad i did not buy it cause it would have been a headache and cost thousands of dollars to repair all the issues the dealership was hiding on the vehicle. I was satisfied with the report (along with pictures) that were provided promptly after the inspection was completed. Because i did not buy the vehicle, i wanted to have another inspection on another vehicle that very same day, and i'm very glad Dabo was able to accomodate my request. Dabo again inspected the vehicle, told me about the issues on the vehicle, and again he saved me a headache because i was able to make a deal with the dealership to fix those issues that he found on the vehicle before i purchased it. He also provided the inspection report promptly. All in all, my experience with inspectiver was very positive. Dabo was very friendly, professional, and his experience in talking about issues that he found on the vehicle was very helpful for my purchasing decisions. The tire delivery was super quick, and scheduling the install was insanely easy. When I arrived, the lobby was pretty full, which actually made me feel better seeing how busy they were. I went on June 1st around 1:30 PM, and the guy at the front counter (sorry, didn't catch his name) was fantastic. He greeted me right away, kept me updated throughout my wait, and stayed professional and friendly even though the phone was constantly ringing. The techs were great too. They didn't try to push unnecessary work and only recommended an alignment, showing me picture proof of why it was needed. I'm a young girl, so of course I still call my dad and ask him about everything lol. I showed him the photos and price, and he told me it was a great deal and to go ahead with it. When I asked if they could do the alignment that same day, they fit me in immediately with no hassle. The gentleman who answered the phone was very helpful and took the time to answer all of my husband's questions before we even decided to go in. He quoted us right around the price we were looking for and told us he could order the tires and have them ready by 10 a.m. We arrived around 11:15 a.m. on a Saturday morning and were given an estimated wait time of 45 minutes to an hour. Our car was actually finished within 45 minutes. Great service from start to finish. We will definitely be referring family and friends!
