I waited 18 mos and was told negotiations were taking place, then dropped because the claims administrator wanted more medical info. I would gladly have authorized that. I now have not been able to find representation and hope I can negotiate with the administrator directly. Do not use NST. They are not as good as their ratings state. Do not trust them with your injury claim!!

I am tired now of seeing the commercials for NST. I wanted people to know what happened to me…read more Several years ago, not too long after they opened an office here, I was in a auto accident. It was on a Friday on Valentine's Day, which is also my son's birthday, I was on N. Highland in Jackson, tn sitting still in traffic. I was hit so hard from behind that it pushed me into the cat in front of me and that cat hit the one in front of them. The girl that hit me ended up in the other lane and was driving a rental car,and I ended up on the other side of my car. NST seemed like they did every thng right in the beginning. After a month or so, I contacted them and they told me it might take awhile, but they would keep working on it. Time went by and before I knew it, it had been 3 years. When I called them, they acted shocked. And in one afternoon, they made a settlement. During all this, they changed my attorney 3 times. One of them told me that in the State of TN a life is only worth $75,000.00. I could have been killed on my son's birthday. I was not happy with my settlement at all.
