Darriane's agency is the insurance agency you want for your family's insurance needs! Darriane and her staff really goes above and beyond to understand each of their clients' individual needs and tries to take care of them as they would for their own family's needs. After my last direct carrier insurance company canceled my umbrella policy because their auto claims department could not settle an accident I had almost 2 years ago and the other party filed a lawsuit to keep settlement options open, I was hard pressed to find an insurance company to write me an umbrella policy with an open lawsuit. And I couldn't even increase my Auto liability to $1M because that carrier downgraded me from preferred status. It was my first auto accident in 10 years, and I had no other tickets, but accidents happen. I wasn't drinking, or impaired in anyway, but tried to avoid an accident and "lost control of my vehicle", which was an older, heavier car that was difficult to control. But my last insurance company just went by their "business guideline" and downgraded my auto policy and canceled my umbrella policy, without really evaluating the situation holistically. I called several agencies in the areas, and no other agent would even try to get me an umbrella policy because I had a "pending litigation." When I cold called Darriane's agency, Hylenne Bojorquez answered my call, and was so helpful and sympathetic to my situation. She called the State Farm underwriters that she worked often with and really pushed my case. She also helped me figure out higher limit liability for my Home and Auto policies in case my umbrella policy did not get approved. At the end, State Farm approved all of my policies: Home, Auto and Umbrella! I pay about $100 more per month with State Farm than with my previous insurance carrier for all 3 policies, but you get what you pay more. The customer service is excellent at Darriane's agency, and the State Farm policy coverage is much better. Now that I have a family and considerable assets to protect, it's essential to find the right insurance policies and agents to help protect my family. I'm so glad I found Darriane and her team, plan on staying a loyal customer for as long as they'll have my business, and highly recommend them for your insurance needs! read more

Where do I even start with how pleased I am with Darriane, and her team. I walked in with absolutely no knowledge of insurance, and no knowledge of how insurance actually works. Darriane and her team were extremely helpful, informative, and patient with me while discussing my current coverages with Progressive. I had no idea I was driving around with just the minimums. YIKES. While shopping around previously, I was never informed that CA's minimum coverages were absolutely not enough to protect me in the long run, and understanding that just because I have insurance and I think I am "covered" does not mean that I'm protected. Going above and beyond doesn't begin to describe how awesome of an agent Darriane is. In our home we don't change vehicles very often, but within the course of a couple of weeks we needed to remove two cars from our policy and add a third to replace them.
