Nicholas is first of all a great person who is fun to talk to. He explained the process very clearly and had me out of there quickly for less than the package I originally booked. They sent all the photos they took within 24 hours, not watermarked, for your use. For the package I was charged for: I had to choose 2 for retouch, and they kindly offered to help narrow it down. I chose a more casual look and a more formal look, I was able to select one casual (it's my profile photo here on Yelp) and shortlisted three formal ones and emailed them back -- they chose the best of those and sent back the retouches within a couple days. The formal look ended up on my website and LinkedIn and several colleagues messaged or texted within hours to tell me how great they looked.
