In every appointment, everything is explained thoroughly, with kindness, care and compassion. It's great to chat with someone, as hard as that may be during a dental procedure, who listens and empathizes with my petty concerns. She is very gentle and attentive to how I'm reacting to whatever is being done. If my feet are squirming, she knows something is bothering me and adjusts. Drs Shawn and Jon are also pleasant during the after cleaning checkup. Dr Shawn was the one who brought my smile back after all those years of neglect. Great job too, it's been many years now and everything is still holding up fine. They may not be the cheapest dentist, but you get what you pay for and I'm still smiling!

However, it got denied due to a lack of TIN. Aspen Dental now refuses to give me their TIN and says they have to give it to my insurance directly due to HIPPA, which is just not true. They also refuse to call my insurance to give the TIN to them, and my insurance says they cannot call the office. I am now stuck in a cycle of the two refusing to call each other and cannot get my money back for the service.

Doctor came in and noticed the loose tooth and asked if they could " just remove it and get it over with". I agreed thinking it was no big deal and wouldn't cost anything, and that is how they perceived with the question. Doctor to a paper towel and removed the tooth with zero evert and zero pain to my child. Weeks later a bill came in the mail with an over $200 dollar balance for a tooth extraction fee. I was going to pull that tooth my self in the coming days and not worry about anything, but the Dentist sounded like he should pull it to make things easier during the cleaning. Just watch out with this place, they will charge you for every little thing, we have been fighting this for years now and they are threating to send us to collections over pulling a very loose tooth with a paper towel.
