The staff was so approachable and friendly that even my friend purchased her first vape kit. I am now back in NC and wish to order from them, but their website seems to be temporarily down. The ventilation system is awful. The humidor has a home humidifier instead of a proper commercial unit. The only thing that improved is the knowledgeable employee Pasquale. My husband loves all of his recommendations and the way he describes the characteristics that make up the cigar. He invites us to sit and stay and enjoy our cigars with a beverage.
